That doesn't make sense. She ran away with him, and spent 3 days going to amusement parks with him. Sounds like a last hoo-ra. Which would mean she had this planned out. So if the plan was to kill him, and herself, then why would she bother writing a suicide note, that suggested he's actually alive and well?... Why is it so hard to believe that she ACTUALLY just sent him away, and then killed herself?

+daisy dippy That just doesn't make sense. I don't get why everyone is automatically exonerating the dad. Nobody just out of the blue decides to kill themselves, and send their kids away, or kill them. She spent 3 fun days with her kid, prior to killing herself. So this was obviously something she was premeditating. The dad could've been abusive, and she saw this as the only way for both of them to get out of it. Cause if she left WITH him, of course people would know to look for her. It's just a theory. But it's the only one that makes sense. I mean, if you believe someone would premeditate this WHOLE thing, over a simple argument, then I have a bridge to sell you.
It's called mental illness. This woman suffered from severe depression before the birth of their son and after, and their marriage was less than perfect, but she never reported abuse, and if she wanted to escape abuse by her husband, why in the world would she call his OWN brother and divulge information.. besides, the first thing that police do in any case such as this one is investigate the spouse, I'm sure if there had been signs of abuse that it would be part of the report.
I remember this, my mom was horrified. That was in my School district. Honestly I've seen the father (it's been years but still) and my heart goes out to him

I couldn't imagine being in his father's shoes!! As a mother myself I could *NEVER* leave this world like that knowing my children need me!! There's a better way to go about / handle life or whatever you're going through!! I'm angered and at a loss for words at this situation as far as Timothy's whereabouts!! I've lost three of my own children. And it's NOT something I want ANYONE to go through.

She probably felt if she couldn't have him (she wanted to commit suicide), then he (her husband) wasn't going to. She probably was angry at him, too. -What I find interesting, but can find no further info on, was that she called her EX (he says they were just friends) on the day this happened. -She also had recently went on a cruise with a "friend" before this happened. (who?) -ALSO, she had planned this out for months, whatever it was. ... I think she did the most horrible act of selfishness, and in the process wanted to hurt her husband and make him pay/suffer. That, along with the fact she had mental heath issues, would allow her to do something no normal, loving mother could do. ... But the bottom line is, it would be just an extremely SELFISH act on her part. ... And then, to say "you will never find him". ... THAT is to cause pain. ... Then, the dirt and stuff underneath her car. -Sad, sad case. Feel so sorry for the father. I have NO sympathy for someone who would do that. Mental health issues or not. One can always choose to get help if having feelings like that. She (probably) did choose the most selfish, horrendous way to keep her husband from having him. -And in her mind, to console herself, say he was "safe" (I would assume she means with Angels). ... ... ...
