I don't have to imagine that. My dad's a sociopath, a murderer, a rapist, and so much more. My mom has seen his evil every time she looks at me because I resemble him, and he raped and tortured her for years. That's how I came into this world. I can't blame her for acting all traumatized. She was! A true sociopath finds many avenues of inflicting suffering. He is the reason I never really had parents. Oh yeah, he's also a murderer, etc.

My grandma personally knew him. He moved to Selah, Washington where she lived at the time and she went to school with him and his siblings. She would spend the night at his house with his sister (Can't remember if she said it was Sharon or Jill) and was in close contact with him. It was so scary when she told me this story. It's something I've never forgotten.

We should understand that altho a family member of theirs is a killer we shouldnt reflect that on the family or his kids cause the parents sins shouldnt be burdened by their children. well I've never liked cats! I'm a dog lover but man I finally moved in with my girlfriend and she got 3 cats those turds grew on me I come home and all 3 jump on the couch with me and just chill!! so I like cats now shhh don't tell my girl haha

I know Im a bit late on telling this story but My mom and uncle worked with him at the trucking company. My mom worked at the front desk and my uncle drove the trucks. My mom said he was very nice to her to the point she thought he was going to kidnap her. When the police found him, news reporters went to my moms school because she was only a senior in highschool to interview this 17 year old that knew this serial killer she said it was terrifying to know she could have been a victim.

A few people asked why anyone cares if he was 'good' father. I think they added that to show how bad he really was. He cared for his family and seemed like the perfect person however, behind the curtain he killed and hurt people. It goes to show that the most perfect seeming person can be the most evil. My biological father was like that. Everyone thought he was a good amazing person but he hurt my family every day and no one knew till we were out.
He seemed like a good father, but he killed a lot of people and hurt them, AND he killed kittens, and seven worse about that he did it in FRONT of her. Traumatic :(

Growing up my dad would joke around with the story of the Happy Face Killer, and I'm sitting here watching this video, and barely realized who this man is.
Im putting myself in the victims familys shoes. Seeing the daughter live her life would be extremely difficult when your sister or daughter has been killed. They know thats not her, that the evil is her Dad. However they wouldnt have been able to reach the level of forgiveness at that point because its real life emotions for them. For us viewers we really cant come close to imagine what it feels like for them.
