- Minecraft Server. We start things off today by finishing up the second level of Hurtin Hermits. Then we meet up with Bdubs in our new office to guide him through his Shade-E-E's training. The Ender Chest storage room gets it's finishing touches and Docm accepts a nasty deal.

Having seen the delightful- gourmet, even - meal that you Etho gave Doc, I could imagine a new service might be order. Perhaps a food delivery service.... Tasty-E-E's, perhaps? Delivering spider eyes, cooked so rare they are still crawling around the hermit's bases.

My son started watching some hermits earlier this year, and I watched with him. I really wanted to see more of Decked Out, so I watched a couple of Etho episodes. Such a good decision! This channel is fantastic. I love the beautiful builds, innovative contraptions, and playful interactions. I'm excited to be all caught up on season 7 and guess I'll go back to earlier seasons while I wait for the next episode. This seems like a really sweet and cool fan base too. So pleased to have found my way here!

I would love to know ethos engagement rate, he has one of the most loyal and wholesome fan bases I have ever seen. Etho will always be one of my favourite RUclipsrs and has been for the last 8-10 years.

I dunno about wholesome.. a comment Vechs made a couple years ago about the SHC being a little interesting if etho lost, some fans got a little offended and the other creators would get harassed by them if they killed etho.

The purple room at the base looks gorgeous, it's probably one of my favorites so far. I'd said in my head "The center needs some sort of downward terrace" and that's exactly what he went with.

It would be cool if the secret level was hidden by a death counter. The way into the secret level would only appear when you died a certain amount of times as either a shame level or a afterlife level

I absolutely love Etho's aesthetic sense - there is such an amazing, warm vibe to the storage room's final design; Hurtin' Hermits perfectly encapsulates specific vibes in relatively tiny areas; Shade-E-E's has a simple interface but the exterior design suggests a complete, wacky story; the music he adds to his time lapses and transitions always sets a really strong mood... I just feel so happy watching all of his vids, and you can tell how much effort he puts into crafting them
Every once in a while I can hear Etho's Canadian accent and I love it so much. He's like a cool uncle + a mysterious maple flavored background.

Level idea: a volcanic cavern with periodically dropping lava and lava jumps
And a lava maze race where you have to find through a maze while outrunning lava.
For the skeleton level, he could add a shield that has one durability

This is definitely one of my favorite collab videos of Season 7. I haven't even seen most of the older seasons but all of the inside jokes and brotherly love between Bdubs and Etho is just so unique and hilarious. I love the dynamic. Don't get me started on Doc and Etho.. the deadliest and most dangerous combo for sure.

Etho has to be the best RUclipsr. He is entertaining while still being family friendly, he encourages his viewers to watch fellow hermit’s perspectives (his turf war game isn’t his first example of this), and his descriptions aren’t just some copy and paste paragraph advertising his merch or something similar. He provides a unique description for every single video of his. I wanted to know the exact pokemon song he had in the video and he had it listed in the description. I just really enjoy this guy’s videos.
don't forget: he talks very relaxed while still being cheerful. Every video is just a delight to watch
I feel like that many snowballs is too lenient on the last part of stage 2. should be 2-3 so you get some frustrating deaths.
I'd go with 4 since the rest of the level is already quite tricky (especially the skeleton) and you have to go through all that just to get a second attempt at the minecart ride.
I thought so too, but he has a point. He is doing that game with the mindset that they are youtubers. He doesn't want them to spend a lot of time in each level
For the skeleton in the minecart, as you demonstratetd when playing, you have no idea when it comes out. It's somehow the "hit by an enemy outside of the screen" effect. If there could be a way to know it's coming, light or sound on the track with different pitch, at least you can learn the pattern and gain from your previous death.

I think that the skeleton in a minecart are both too difficult for that the place and is wasted on it.
The skeleton in a minecart can be use to make a fun proper sneak level.

Try to memorize the skeletons movement
Try to run away from it
Avoid it's arrows and make it hit a target block
I love Ethos creativity, it's incredibly influential and fascinating to watch his strange mind go to work.
