    Ingredients
    Brownies layer
    - 85g butter
    - 180g dark chocolate
    - 120g castor sugar
    - 2 egg
    - 80g flour
    - 1/4 tsp baking powder
    - 25g cocoa powder
    - a pinch of salt

    Cookies layer
    - 80g all-purpose flour
    - 1/2 Tsp Corn Flour (3g)
    - 1/2 Tbs Milk Powder (5g)
    - 1/4 tsp baking soda
    - a pinch of salt
    - 65g unsalted butter
    - 50g brown sugar
    - 25g castor sugar
    - 1 egg yolk
    - 1 tsp vanilla
    - 1/2 cups chocolate chips (100g)

    Instructions
    Brownies layer
    1. Lined baking pan (8"× 8") with parchment paper. Set aside. Then preheat the oven to 180C.
    2.Melt the Dark Chocolate with the Butter and leave to cools slightly.
    3.Whisk together the Eggs and Sugar until the sugar dissolve completely.
    4.Fold the Chocolate/Butter mixture into the Eggs/Sugar mixture.
    5.Add in the Plain Flour, baking powder and Cocoa Powder, and fold until mix completely.
    6.Set aside.
    Cookies layer
    1.In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, caster sugar & melted butter until completely combine. Then, whisk in egg yolk & vanilla until combine completely.
    2.Sift in flour, baking powder & salt. Stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
    3.Transfer the dough on top of the brownies batter and spread out evenly.
    4.Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand for 1-2 hours until relatively cool before cutting into squares.
