Resepi Bubur Kacang Hijau | Mung Bean Porridge Recipe
Resepi Bubur Kacang Hijau

Ingredients
- 1 Cawan Kacang Hijau (250g)
- 4 Cawan Air (1000ml)
- Pandan
- 2 Ketul Gula Melaka (150g)
- 1/4 Cawan Gula (50g)
- 2 Cawan Santan (500ml)

Instructions
1.Panaskan air hingga mendidih. Kemudian masukkan kacang hijau & pandan. Masakkan sehingga kacang lembut.
2.Bila kacang mula melembut, masukkan air, gula & gula melaka. Teruskan masak dan kacau sehingga gula larut sepenuhnya.
3.Kemudian masukkan santan. Kacaukan. Masukkan garam secukup rasa. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
