POPIA CARBONARA | Creamy Chicken Mushroom Spring Rolls | Resepi Mudah dan Sedap
Creamy Chicken Popia | Popia Carbonara

Ingredients.
- Popia sheets
- 250g boneless chicken thigh/breast cut into cubes
- 100g mushrooms Sliced
- half big onions diced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tbs butter (30g)
- 2 Tbs Flour (20g)
- 1/2 Cup milk (150ml)
- 1/2 Cup Chicken stock (150ml)
- salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1.Heat some vegetable oil in a large pan & sear the chicken cubes until golden brown. Then take it out & set aside.
2.Using the same pan, add butter, garlic & onion. In low heat, saute the garlic until slightly caramalised. Then, add in the mushrooms. Increase the heat slightly & saute the mushrooms until golden.
3.Then, sift in flour into the pan. Stir to combine com...

Hi, you can. But the cheesecake will not be as tall as when you using 6" pan. The baking time may also be different, you may use less time to bake it.
