Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 40g Icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 120g Wheat Flour
- 35g Corn flour
- 15g Milk Powder
- a pinch of salt
- 20g Chocolate Rice
- Chocolate Hazelnut Spread as needed
- Lightly toasted Hazelnut as needed

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 170C & line the baking pan with baking paper, set aside.
2.In a bowl, cream butter & sugar together. Then add in vanilla paste. Mix well.
3.After that, sift in flour, corn flour, milk powder & salt. Mix until just combine.
4.Put the dough inside piping bag with piping tip. Pipe the dough on the baking tray. Pipe Hazelnut Chocolate Spread on top of the cookies dough and then place ...
