    Ingredients
    1/2 Cup Sushi Rice (about 100g)
    5 Cup Water (about 1.3 L)
    1 Chicken Breast (about 200g)
    1/2 Chicken Cube Bouillon
    1/2 Onion
    3 Cloves Garlic
    1 Inches of Ginger
    Salt & black pepper to taste
    .
    Instructions
    1.In a pot, heat up the cooking oil. Add in onion, ginger & garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
    2.Then, pour in the water, salt & chicken cube. Bring it to boil. Lower the heat to simmer, then add in the chicken breast. Cook it for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
    3.Takes out the chicken breast & let cool down before shredding it. Set aside.
    4.Add in the rice & bring it to boil. Stir occasionally to avoid the rice stuck at the bottom of the pan. Once comes to boil, lower the heat to simmer & cover the pan.
    5.Let it cook for an hour. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pan.
    6.Once the congee has thickened, turn off the heat. Add salt & pepper to taste.
    7.Ladle the congee into a bowl, top it with the shredded chicken breast earlier & other topping.
