WWE honestly hasn’t been this good week to week since the Attitude Era.
They did this last night cause they want the match to happen at SummerSlam. So they had to do something so they can skip money in the bank ppv. Makes a lot of sense to me.
5:41 love the positivity from you Simon, I’ve seen the negative discourse around Solo and Jacob and it’s so weird ( especially because they’re cousins and I doubt Jacob wants to overshadow him or make him fail), Solo has been improving week to week, Jacob is a superstar and has 10 years of experience over him of course he’s better but they both are doing great work. We can uplift one without bringing down the other. Not to mention the disrespect to G.O.D is getting ridiculous, this new bloodline is awesome.

What if they hold off on Roman until after Survivor Series?
Where at Survivor Series we do Cody, Sami, KO, Randy, and maybe Jay (or someone I'm not thinking of). Then we have Solo, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Jacob Fatu, then Hikuleo (if he's available)
Then after that you get Roman comes back to take the table back. Next year we get to Blood vs Blood survivor series. Roman, Jimmy, Jey, then whoever else they bring in to make The Bloodline enormous.
I like the idea, and I think Corey Graves alluded to it, of Jacob Fatu being too crazy for Roman to bring into the Bloodline. And here’s Solo bringing in this dangerous lunatic. It shows that Roman had some lines he wasn’t willing to cross, but Solo does not care and will stoop to lows that Roman wouldn’t.
It kind of makes Solo the greater evil. He’s like the crime boss that would sell drugs to kids and flood the streets with AK-47s because he has no moral compass and just cares about money and power at any cost where the previous boss was content with his gambling and protection rackets.
It’s ok if Solo gets outshined by his crazy henchman, because Solo’s still the one calling the shots. It’s just gonna elevate the entire group if Jacob is stealing the show. The same thing happened with Sami and Jey. They elevated the Bloodline to new heights.

I have a working theory that what if it turns out that Drew saved punk from being finished off by the bloodline in a street fight Flashback Jewel comes across the bloodline beat in the hell out of punk and Paul Drew, then start beating on solo so bad the other ones runoff in all directions. You do know that this is the same year as Wrestlemania. To say Drew vs Punk is a bigger feud than Roman and The Rock vs Cody and Seth is certifiably insane. Edit; I get that wrestling fans have no memory. And you have to blow everything out of proportion for views you believe. But i subscribed and was a member because of your realism. What this effectively does, though, is reaffirm Drew as the heel in this matchup.

The story in itself sucks .. the rock comes back Steal cody's spot for a match 2 years too late . Roman played side character in a story he was supposed to be the main attraction . He Gets humbled and leave . The wrestlers involved made it interesting , the material was subpar . This is it . This is a proper wrestling feud .

I'd swap Solo and the Rock because remember they still want to do Roman vs the Rock at mania my guess is night 1 Rock beats Cody night 2 Roman beats the rock and Rock passes the torch and title to Roman. You set it up by having the Rock appear to be on Romans side and team with him and the usos only to turn on him right before he hits the spear on Solo or you could have it to where Roman Rock and Solo are in the ring and Rock looks like he's gonna Rock bottom Solo only to turn and hit Roman and stand over him as Solo pins him thus revealing that he was the mastermind behind everything Solo has been doing and setting up a bigger reason for Roman to take down the rock. Rock could incorporate how for all of Romans title run he had to listen to the crap of him being the head when it's always been the Rock at the head. Boom now you have two storylines you can finish at mania the Rock and Cody and Rock and Roman you kill two birds with the same stone

Cody will be branching off to Randy soon. Probably after MITB. The Bloodline story, and it's conclusion, doesn't need Cody.

Remember as of mania Rock and Roman appeared to still be on the same page so having Solo all of a sudden reteam with Roman and the Rock out of the blue team with the tongas and Jacob makes zero sense. But if you have the Rock appear like he is on board with Roman only to reveal he was the tribal chief Solo been referring to the whole time now fans are going to want the Rock to get his comeuppance even more and cheer Roman even more. I do agree Rock doesn't have to win the title off Cody totally agree if they don't go that route.
If this doesn't win Feud of the Year at the WON Awards I don't know. But I have a feeling that the Feud of the Year will be awarded to The Elite vs. Tony Kahn/AEW based on the outcome of the awards for the past couple of years

How they managed Drew and Punk last night was fantastic. WWE is firing on on cylinders right now, even more so than the build-up to Mania. When they first teased Punk and Drew after Survivor Series, I said this would be the hottest feud of the year when it happened. Sure it had a few bumps in the road but those bumps actually benefited. Because this story has time to cook and not it's reached a boiling point we might not have gotten if they had done it at Mania. Punk cost Drew at Mania and Scotland, so Drew 'quits" only to show up in Chicago and leave Punk a bloody and beaten mess. This is perfect. Now, when they finally lock up at Summer Slam, everything will explode. They could drag this out until Badd Blood if everyone stays healthy. I hope in the end Drew does end up on top, but I'm excited either way. On top of that WWE is just insane right now. The Wyatt Sicks is hot, Dom/Liv is hot, and Gable's story has reached interesting new points. Jacob Fatu finally arrives and looks like a monster. Best of all Joe Hendry's 5 mins in NXT has reached over 14 mil views. We all need to believe in this man.
I believe that C.M.Punk got what he deserved. He screwed Drew in his WWE Championship match.
