I am using this handwrap for about 5 years now and as long as you know how to take care of it, it would last long, (after 3 or 4 times of use just soak in simple detergent less than an hour / rinse well and then rest in water with fabric conditioner for 5 minutes)
I have been using my VL-B handwraps together with NG-2 pads for over a year now and wash them both several times a week in the washing machine at 30°C in a laundry net - no problems with durability so far. In terms of training, I believe the VL-B compared to the usual handwarps on the market, they are by far the best handwraps I have used: sufficiently long, stretchy and great fixation of the hand and the gel pad, also no problems with tape. One thing only: you should roll them up again after washing and drying, so they do not wrinkle and you can use them again without effort in the next workout.
They charge up the yahoo, the mark up on these things are insane. I hate the judge but many Japanese companies have similar practices as well. You see it in the Japanese game industry as well. 20 bucks if you want to play as Chun Li in a school girl costume or 60 bucks to play Mario 64 and some Wii games on the Switch? Come on, but look at me still buying the shit I guess I'm the idiot.
My favorite wraps too, especially with NG-2 gel pads, they are made to be used together. With proper treat, they do last, all it takes is to close Velcro when unwrapping them and don't use with Velcro gloves.
why can't you use these with velcro gloves? i was thinking of getting these and maybe the winning ng2 knuckle guards but my knuckles r pretty strong so idk bout the ng2s.
after i have been using this, i could box for over 2 hours without my hands feeling fatigue like the traditional hand wraps. I think it's because of its softness vs the traditional handwraps. Ever since I have started using these with the skull tec knuckle gel pads I have never looked back to the traditional ones lol
@@csquaredboxinghow’s the width on them compared to traditional LeRoy Gauze? I’ve used LeRoy and want to see if these are just as skinny or not. Thanks!
The rolled up one is fresh as haha looks like its never been worn since my VLBs never get rolled back up like that. One advice I would give for the first time you use it is to not do it too tight as the material will tighten more with each impact compared to other wraps.
@@venomalex5871 yes mine is still going strong the Velcro has remarkably lasted which is quite surprising as that is usually the first to go in any hand wraps but I also don't really need the Velcro part as I usually tape up the wrist area for added security.
Awesome review Carlo. Just got these in but found that since it’s so stretchable, it’s too long for my liking. What i ended up doing was cut about 60 inches off of it and reattaching it with gauze tape and it’s perfect now. I made knuckle pads out of it with the 60 inch wrap that i cut out😂
I still struggle with wrapping my hands I wish I could do it with out thinking. I use quick wraps which get the job done but some times you want less bulk. So I got to get my hand wrap game down.
Mate, watch Milton Supremes handwrap method (logan Paul's trainer). I've tried every single hand wrap video there is and he's handwrap method is the perfect method, check it out.
☝🏼 Thanks for the review Carlo! Always getting great reviews from your channel! I think I’ll get the knuckle pad as well for $35.00 also. Would you suggest that knuckle pad as well also?

Lmao I wanted to buy one of these, the shipping cost is more expensive than the wraps 😂 27$ for the wraps and 38$ for the shipping, there no way I'll pay 65$ for a pair of hand wraps 😂 That's a shame really, they look like the perfect kind of wraps for me Does anyone knows of a similar brand that do something like this ?
Man, these companies need to pay you. I've impulse bought so much random boxing gear on your recommendation.
lmfao. Nice!
Random boxing gear? In a winning video?? ydksab
