We decided to upgrade our trailer for the Orion with Gatorbak. This is meant to protect the Hullmaxx paint we have on the hull. We were told the it would help with preserving the HullMaxx since we are always trailering the boat around vs just leaving it in the water.

We were excited to work with your team on this project and that rocket trailer looks absolutely amazing!
Amazing end product!
Great idea. The options with LED’S are endless! Also kudos to GatorBac. I hate bunks when the rusty staples rub on gel coat.
I'm watching several videos on trailer bunk replacement. Most bunks now are synthetic materials and haven't found video where trex lumber is used and wonder why? Maybe no one has thought of using it. I think it's a great idea even if it has to be doubled up. Your thoughts. Thanks
Love your cap bro 🇧🇸
Ultimate Rebuilds has been using GatorBak for a while now on his pontoon builds when he upgrades his trailers.
I’d love to see how it looks with a boat on the trailer traveling on the road at night.
How do you cap off the ends of the bunks? Trim the gatorbak flush? Fold over? Awesome product!!!
My Gatorbak kit came with end caps.
You leave the covering about a 1/2" longer than the wood and the cap fits inside the overhang .
The lighting is nice, but the exposed wood looks unfinished and cheap. Could've put the carpet back over the bottom and sides and put the gator material on the top with the same effect and cleaner look.
I feel the exposed beams are not the best look, what could be done to cover the beam with the Gator back over top of that
I doesn’t matter what you feel
If no LED, could this product be installed over existing bunk carpet?
“It’s not Rubber, It’s Not Silicone, Not Vinyl”.. It’s a “Proprietary Blend”… So, it’s probably a soft Plastic, he’s not saying.. (red flag).. Venture put a similar material on their Commander Series trailers and it WILL CHAFE through the GELCOAT.. Stick with Carpet it’s much softer. The weight of the boat going down the highway, bumpy roads on a flexible Aluminum Trailer will cause the chaffing on the Gelcoat. Carpet is much softer then a “Proprietary Blend” 🙄..Do Not Waste Your Money on this stuff..
