I knew Grayfruit was a dumb mf. But the fact he unironically failed the first math question is actually insane to me. Like that wasn't even math, he just had to take the last 2 digits and count towards the last 2 of the other year. And I say that as someone who had a 5 (D) in math.

I played these games for hours upon hours before I even went to elementary school. They were just that fun for kids. Same with Jumpstart, Spyfox, Freddi Fish, etc.
They need to release a collection that works on modern OS.

Watching this feels like I'm unlocking memories I never knew I had.
And I don't mean that as hyperbole for nostalgia. While I've got a list of childhood edutainment gains I'm still trying to track down again, I'm almost certain I *never* played *this one* as a kid, yet the vibe is so perfect it's like I'm *supposed* to be feeling immense nostalgia for it.
Edit: 18:15 WAIT NEVERMIND I KNOW I'VE SEEN THAT MOTHERFUCKER BEFORE

i was so obsessed with this game as a child that i made my own version of those golden keys by painstakingly carving them out of wood with my dad's jigsaw
it's also really funny to see all the references that were totally lost on me when i was eight - pythagoras, mothra, lindbergh, vasco de bongo...

i'm in the same camp as mr fruit here, i'm not bad at math per se but i have the same problem where i just CANNOT do math in my head bc the numbers won't stay still, so watching this video felt super validating because i would've done just as poorly

Thank you greyfruit, this is the exact game I remember playing as a kid. I'm typing this as I started the video, but I always remember the goo goo song. Holy fuck you literally just mentioned it as I typed this. YES YES YESSSSSS. Thank you, the goo Beatles parody was the only way I could even find this video game as an adult "find the key stop the monster and clean up the goo" followed by a harsh cutoff of the song LMAO

15:07 738 is really close to 750, which I know is 250 x 3. So 250 is close, but it gives me 12 extra. Divide the remaining 12 by 3 to get 4, and subtract that 4 from 250 to get 246.
