I genuinely love when I see a gaming video in my feed from someone I'm not subbed to that has to reassure how interesting the topic actually is in the thumbnail.
Is this a parody of the jon Misali How Many Mario Games Are There (I promise this is interesting)? It really seems like it throughout the intro and its hilarious, especially the defining a tree section.
I honestly thought it was Jan Misali at first due to the thumbnail, the Mario-game related counting, and the trees (which feature in Jan Misali’s greatest video, ‘here’s tree’)

this is the best 2 am video i have ever watched and i mean that in the absolute best way possible. super entertaining
Thanks haha
There should be a glitchless category and a glitches allowed category, but for the glitches allowed category you have to touch all the glitch-only trees too.
That was my first though when he said glitches too
« After bonking himself thousands and millions time into trees, he finally got this run »
- Summoning Salt probably
there is at least one tree
This is true
worth noting that i was persuaded by the thumbnail
Can't wait for the summoning salt video 5 years from now.
just rawrogged this video at 1x speed, no other distractions, nice job dude it was captivating to watch

Communicating information in novel and efficient ways is the tried and true best past time in human history, and video essays like this are a piece of that linguistic history in the making
This is beautiful
I‘ve been struggling with RUclips algorithm lately, but this is geniunely a video I am interested in, FINALLY. Thanks xD
Can't wait for the Jan Misali collab, "How many trees are there in the Super Mario Series?"
i watched the whole video, you actually had me here watching your ass hit trees in Mario kart wii for 30 minutes at 2:30am. My nephew goes for WR every time i watch him play.
Honestly, you don't have to put "trust me, this is interesting" in a thumbnail with a video concept like this. The strange concept alone is enough for me to watch
That was the thing that made me click
i would've never clicked without that part
I also wouldn’t have watched without that part
I wouldn't have, either. I wish I hadn't. This was exactly as uninteresting as it seemed. 😑
@@Thylonicussame.
I genuinely love when I see a gaming video in my feed from someone I'm not subbed to that has to reassure how interesting the topic actually is in the thumbnail.
the new youtube meta is just put "this video is intersting" in the thumbnail
I'm just impressed how this person made a 36 minute video about trees.
You got me with that thumbnail and I must say, it definitely WAS interesting, thumbs up. I will watch another video xD 👍
I never knew driving into trees could be so entertaining, cool video!
Thank you!
I love that you included club penguin music
I love the Wii noises you edited in for the text and bumping into stuff. Great detail
Thanks!
I always love videos that start by a definition. You're a pro.
We need a tas of this.
Someone is working on it
tree assisted speedrun
I'm not mad at you for making this video, I'm disappointed in myself for enjoying it
ngl i clicked on this video expecting incredibly boring/mundane background noise to listen to while drawing.
36 minutes later and my canvas is still blank & I'm subbed! Great vid!
Thank you! Glad you liked the video (:
Very good idea for a video.
I love trees, I use them to breathe.😁
Wait you use the trees themselves to breath and not just the oxygen from them?

I feel like a 32 track tree% would be really interesting. Like, finish all races, whilst touching every tree. Would avoid level menu movement, backtracking on some courses, and would make the kart choice much more varied
I agree, kinda miss the race being finished, or at least the lap
Really well produced stuff man! I loved the video, and am excited to see more!
Thank you!
toad: toadette, why are you so bruised?
toadette: oh...uhmm...I like trees
The thumbnail was more of a reassurance for you than clickbait
Treedrun.
That is so clever haha
I just watched a man going insane counting trees on Mario Kart wii for 36 minutes and now I’m subscribed to said man
I think we all need some help
I was hoping for a 36 minute video about how many trees are in Mario Kart Wii, thank god it’s here
Bro really tricked us into watching his speedrun 😭
maple treeway not in first?! well, i suppose having the hardest tree to access is a first place achievement...
I just spent the better half of an hour watching a man count *trees*. Peak RUclips right here. Time well spent.
“Hit all the trees speedrunning” - me playing disc golf
Ofc I get an ad about a mobile game called "Lumber Empire: Idle Wood Inc"
You can find a youtube documentary on anything.
Adding to my list along with Simpsons Season 7 DVD box, & which way is the Krusty Krab.
Is there a RUclips documentary on RUclips documentaries?
Genius title haha, i wouldnt have clicked if it werent for the title, and suddenly im really into mario kart wii
Thats a lie, i was already into mkwii but i wanted to acknowledge the smart title lmao
This video was brought to you by the Lorax
you broke my trust. i will never believe you again.
Did you know that palm "trees" are actually a type of grass?
That's a myth. Some palms have wood and some produce fruit. Grass doesn't do either.
@@HoosierMan1816while they are tree-like botanically speaking they are closer related to grasses than they are other trees, they also dont grow like any tree
@@HoosierMan1816 you're a myth
@@Pixel-Jam soooo... not grass
Lets call em palm trass instead
This video feels like something my friends would ask in a discord call at 2AM, then proceed to play said game and manually count each tree. It's unconventionally interesting, scratching that weirdly specific itch I never knew I even had.
Now touch trees on every custom track in this game
When they're done with the main premise and the video isnt even half done, that's when you know its good content.
Drunk driving be like
i mean this as a compliment, this is like watching someone count sheep
