+Handy Andy thanks for the compliment! We're trying to post more frequent but don't want the quality of our videos to decrease because of it. Trying to get on at least a weekly schedule for ya! What videos would you like to see more of??
We'll do our best to get a video like that out! We have a tailgate trivia video coming out next week, which is our entertaining way to provide tips and fun facts.. We'll have to cover the 10 tips in that series soon.
You guys are funny, I have an idea for you too, any body can bow hunt in all the right gear, a funny video would be the two of you dressed like clowns, punk rockers,Elton John,Bob Marley,or Rick James bitch. I realize that would be slightly disrespectful to the animal but it would be very funny. Just saying 😁
I'm just a bit confused about that, what's the point in walk back tune compound bow, if your just going to undo the fine tune with broadheads? Sorry just trying to understand!
So with this, I only shoot my broadheads leading up to the season. I'll use field points while I practice throughout the year. I don't want to wear out my broadheads so I'll make sure it's tuned for field points all off-season. The broadheads shouldn't be too far off from the field points either, in terms of being tuned. I typically just see a larger drop in my groups
Ok , ok , hold on . I'm confused! We tuned the bow sighted it in ,& now we are , broadhead tunning our bow. That all makes great sense. But if we start messing with the rest again are we not then, un tunning our bow for broadheads?
Yes.. since the bow/housing and pins are already sighted properly, slight adjustments for the rest will help the broadhead shots line up to where you want them. I thought it was really odd when I found that out as well.
Great point and question Clay.. I don't think I explained it clearly enough in this video, but it's mostly about tuning your bow.. so you want the rest and the housing/sights to work in unison. If both the field tip and the broadheads are hitting the same spot, most likely the paper tuning will also be on point. I definitely recommend continuing to paper tune your bow and make sure none of that was thrown off while tuning the bow.
Best Channel on RUclips you guys are awesome! Just got my first bow so thank for the great videos. Keep'em coming. God Speed!

Hopefully my other response answered this question, but let me know if it didn't! You've got all the challenging questions.. I love it! haha
move the rest and not the pins......?
Yes.. since the bow/housing and pins are already sighted properly, slight adjustments for the rest will help the broadhead shots line up to where you want them. I thought it was really odd when I found that out as well.
I'm new to bows but wouldnt moving your rest basically make your paper tuning off?
The Sticks Outfitter it would sure make it faster just moving the rest
alright, thanks I'll give it a shot
