Sir its not mosfet at all. Its BJT(bipolar junction transistor). A BJT with two inductors and resistor is used to make a oscillator (sine-wave) which is stepped up by transformer. If you want proof, you will see six terminals(3 windings) from the transformer. 1 winding is for output and 2 windings are for BJT

At first I thought problem is your camera then when I happened to pause the video still I got the RGB glitch effect on my screen! I was shocked and thought my phone's screen is damaged. But everything is fine with my phone. Then I exit full screen to check it and it's good, I didn't get the RGB glitch effect at this time. I think your video colours (particular when you show Bat and PCB in top view) is Messing with Android's RGB colour! PS: Recently similar incident was also shown in news. I can send you screenshot or short clip of it, if you give me a contact info. Anyways great video. Way to go bro.

So the diodes are use for ac into DC and Capacitor filters noise and make constant voltage in your bat but most of the cheap Chinese bat has voltage multiplilers that consist of two or more Capacitors and diodes. And diode cannot multiply voltage. But use to form circuit.

And the slow drop we see when you measure the output is possibly the leakage from the output high voltage cap, that serves as a low impedence supply at the output stage. Probably you may have more information about this and be able to confirm this theory. Your videos are really nice..
