Not once did anyone ask for his opinion in the first half, the interviewer even asked him twice verbally and about three times with body cues to shut up, yet at every opportunity he tried butting in. When it was his turn to talk, Lavery let him waffle on about something else for about 40 seconds uninterrupted. Lavery gets a maximum 17 seconds without interruptions after Boris was told to shut up repeatedly. Before that, he got 7 seconds uninterrupted. I don't understand why you're simping for him to the point your senses stop working.

If, as Lavery suggests. A nurse earning £21,000 P/A (That's in Soctland, nurses get paid more elsewhere), needs to use a food bank. They have either made some serious misjudgements in their live's (got knocked up umpteen times) or are living beyond their means (buying the latest iPhone, car etc).
As a single dad (full time carer &part time employed) I earn half the amount my ex (fully qualified nurse) earns & I don't require the services of a food bank.

Anonymous Geordie The case was settled in court where both the union and Lavery made a mutual agreement and Lavery made voluntary paid back a percentage of that from overcharged under the unions certification case (which you find online its 200+ pages). Also, what he did wasn’t actually illegal, it was just ethically wrong of him to do what he done. If you believe in the British Justice System then you should be interested in what was said in court and how the claim was both settled and further legal and lawful action was taken.
I’m no supporter of any of the UK’a political parties, far from it. However, you can check the UK Archives and request Freedom on Information on certain cases within the Conservative party of funds which are not illegal but ethically wrong and scandalous.
What Lavery done was wrong and it was settled and sorted. There’s still open cases within the Conservative party and DUP for that matter which have never come into media fruition of how their money is practically dark money. Its easy to point toward one individual for what he’s done without acknowledging people like Yvette Cooper whom also used taxed payers for her lifestyle. I mean the MP for Stratford upon Avon uses _our_ taxpayers money to keep his stables warm for his horses. He’s been doing it for 10 years, also Priti Patel charging thousands of pounds for lunch, her dodgy negations with Israel lobbyists. These cases are just two cases theres hundreds of them that are not only illegal but completely ignored by the media.
Fact of the matter is, his case went to court, an investigation and report was made, case was taken to court and a mutual agreement from both parties accepted.
