Democracy is not being upheld due to election fraud,
the media is under the control of the Democratic Party,
and Chinese spies are openly participating in protests.

President Yoon has voluntarily presented himself to avoid bloodshed. The arrest warrant was issued illegally.
President Yoon's emergency martial law was extremely peaceful and there were no casualties involved. There was no military control of the media and utilities. No politicians or government officials were detained.
President Yoon declared emergency martial law to send a message to the Korean people of the unlawful practices of the assembly which have paralyzed the executive branch.
The assembly is controlled by Korea's democratic party, and contrary to the name "democratic", they have ties with China and North Korea to undermine freedom and democracy with socialistic and totalitarian ideal and law.
The leader of the democratic party is currently on trial for illegal wiring of funds to North Korea and many other criminal charges but the trials has been delayed for years due to corruption of the judicial branch and the legislative brach. In order for the democratic party to survive, they are trying to put President Yoon in jail as soon as possible to have an early election to make their democrat party's leader become president to control all three branches of the government.
Freedom in Korea is in a very precarious state.
We need the help of the free Allies to make sure that China and North Korea do not dare manipulate freedom.

"enforce the rule of law for all"?? Which part of "rule of law" is NOT "enforced" in the USA??
There was the same motion of impeachment against Trump. The difference is the American impeachment did NOT pass (57 against vs 43 in favor), whereas the Korean impeachment passed.
When an impeachment fails to pass, the President remains the head of state and enjoys judicial impunity - it's same in Korea as in America. Once the President is impeached, he is NO longer the president and can be arrested. Again, it's same in Korea as in America. (Remember Trump's mugshot? He was once arrested as well after leaving the Presidency in 2021. In Yoon's case, he was only arrest one month AFTER his impeachment was passed on Dec 14th.)
SO which part of the "rule of law" is NOT enforced in the USA? Are you suggesting that even when an impeachment bill fails to pass, the President should still be illegally arrested just because some people hate him? you call that "rule of law"??
It actually happened in China once: after Mao started the Cultural Revolution that plunged the whole country into anarchy, Liu Shaoqi - the President of People Republic of China was extra-judicially "arrested" by the Red Guards (who were a bunch of high school students with NO authority to arrest anybody but did it anyway through mob-violence), who tortured him and eventually threw his lifeless body to a dumpster. ( Liu was still legally the President the moment he died.) That's a President who was arrested while remaining the head of state. You want to live in such a country?

Oh but they have followed the rule of law! And that’s the worst part of it! Their own constitution puts the president above the law and because they voted him back in, he is 100% allowed to rule from prison and due to his presidential pardon he can even pardon himself of his crimes. The judge decided not to sentence him because he knew that in a few weeks trump will just negate all of it according to their own law. It’s called a ticking time bomb 250 years in the making.

To those knowledgeable about Korean politics or Koreans reading this:
I’m Japanese. Many in Japan are paying close attention to this case, but there’s a lot of inaccurate information here. I’m struggling to understand the situation. Could someone explain how this arrest happened and whether President Yoon, the opposition, or the Corruption Investigation Office is at fault? I’d appreciate hearing your thoughts. Thank you. He is not corrupt. The opposition party leader is the real corrupt one who has allegedly murdered seven key witnesses to his crimes. Lee has impeached all the judges, prosecutors, ministers of national defense, head of audit and inspection, etc. He sent illegal funds to North Korea. Yoon tried to expose election fraud, and the corruption in the National election commission. The opposition party has total control over the country. This was a coup d'état. So stop speaking about things you don't know.

    • @user-bodyfulness
      @user-bodyfulness 4 часа назад

Koreans have a high level of education and the lowest illiteracy rate in the world, with strong moral standards. They are also unafraid to express criticism about the negative aspects of their country. As a result, South Korea has become one of the fastest-developing nations in the world. If South Korea had a leader like Canada's Prime Minister Trudeau, who implemented large-scale immigration policies, they would have already been impeached and imprisoned. Moreover, unlike Japan, which remains silent about disasters such as the Fukushima nuclear incident, Koreans would not stay silent if an entire region was destroyed by a major earthquake and filled with contaminated water. By not remaining silent, South Korea is much safer and more dynamic than nations that may appear peaceful on the surface. It’s an exciting and vibrant country to live in.
