Dr. Mike and video guy Scott (and Max the editor?) do this so well -- commercials *just* the right length, videos *just* the right length, and all the fantastic information they wrap it in is super helpful and downright inspiring. THANK YOU RP guys!
RIP John. He was a tremendous help to me on my fitness journey and I still revisit his channel occasionally. Truly a legend.
John was an amazing person! What you did by pushing his channel was very very cool,Mike!
I asked for this one months ago and im super glad to see it. John was the man.
RIP JOHN!!! ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!!
Thanks for showing that . I found john meadows about the same time i started looking at your channel (just a few months back) and really enjoy his videos along with yours.
When i first started lifting a couple years ago i stumbled across Johns videos and i absorbed everything i could from them. It took me a few months to learn he had already passed away but i was so glad that someone was still posting his content. He was a wealth of knowledge and from what i hear an amazing person. Sad that he is no longer around spreading the good word.
Your ad plugs are so much smoother than last year. Well done.
This entire analogy story at 10:17 is hilarious!! The story is great, but the post-effects are so low-budget funny it actually made laugh out loud!! So, impressed!!! Thank you for knowledge and a good laugh
RIP John Meadows. What a fantastic guy. Never forget you brother. Peace and blessings to your family.
John is an absolute legend, I got ridiculous amounts of advice from his videos, he had it all, the pain inducing training session advice, advice when you're injured and how to work around it and what I most enjoyed about his videos, were all the oldschool stuff he preaced, awesome, awesome
Dude was always super clear and concise about why you would do what he suggest in the movement or exercise. Really liked his online tutorials quite a bit. RIP Old Man💪
Thanks for exposing more people to Johns greatness. I used read his elitefts articles in high school. Always wanted to meet him.
