I have severe pain in the inner side of right knee. While walking I feel bones of my my knee is stuck with each other. Dr told I have osteoporosis. And in my left feet second toe is longer than first and has severe pain . It is more than 2 years and has little swelling. MRI also done but no relief . Please tell me best thing to get rid of this. I am feeling helpless. Thankyou
