Hi Chef! This bread brings back my college memories. Growing up I didn’t have so much of allowance, between scholarships and work study, I put myself through college. “Crazy” garlic bread was a treat for me. I savored every bites. Thanks for the recipe! I may play around and try this with rind flour as we have an Almond allergy in our house.
The first photo had 3 tablespoons of pork rinds, but still had almond flour☹️ I figured when I released this one I’d give my favorite protein flour a rest🤣😂 please let me know how your experiments turned out. I’ve got some cookies to work on.😉 have a blessed day

@cheffatgrams lol, I did, but I don't mind doing the extra steps. I did Luke your hack where you cut portions out of the pizza toppings and froze them for easy meal prep. I had a good laugh yesterday because someone on FB was expressing a concern about people purchasing pizza and only eating the toppings. They said we were contributing to the establishments losing revenue and the growing problem of waist in the world. I don't know how you do it, some people are just too much. I appriciate you and all you contribute to the Keto/carnivore community.

egg white protein is not available where I live in Australia... could you do a version with regular egg whites?
I believe Mel from “Cook with Mel” gets it over there in Australia. Yes, I used one of my pre-cut 9” parchment papers as a guide to cut out 2 9 inch circles. Then I shaped the leftover sides into a third and placed them on 9 inch parchment paper. Thanks for commenting and have a blessed day.😁

Thank you for this recipe! Have you ever tried it with the shredded mozzarella only? I don’t have the mozzarella/provolone mixture on hand and wondered if I could still give it a whirl.
It will still work with regular mozzarella I just prefer the provolone mozzarella mix because provolone is a drier cheese😁 Also, Walmart doesn’t always have the mix😉 Thank you for taking the time to comment. I hope you had a wonderful day.

I want to try this sooo bad. I have everything except the egg white powder. Can I use an actual egg white? If so, just one, or will I need two?
I really wish I could say yes to this, but the problem is the moisture content in the regular egg white makes it taste too much like a quiche. I would recommend make my dough in my last keto pizza recipe without topping it. ruclips.net/video/dZFOX4NVlTQ/видео.htmlfeature=shared
