    Love your channel, but I cannot get the rollover or teaser

      Hi Denise! I’m so happy you’re loving the classes! For the rollover and teaser, it may be that your lower back is tight, so you can work on mobilizing it. Also, continue to work on your core strength, and try using a resistance band wrapped around both feet, and bending your elbows as you lift up. It will give you a little extra support! And even if you can never do those exercises, that’s ok! They just may not be the best for your individual body. Thanks so much for your comment!
