this game is sadly overlooked despite being just as functional as a Halo or Call of Duty game during that time. Yet it had charm, balancing horror and comedy perfectly.. probably my favorite FPS
He definitely forgot to mention the single player features beyond the campaign: challenges, arcade custom, etc. Not to mention the 150 different characters and the true depth of the map maker. You can STILL have an awesome time with a few friends and boxes & a LAN party with this game.
Well techinally, with the map maker, you can make you're own story? Sooo 🤨 And you can unlock characters cheats, and weapons, by how you play the story on easy, normal, hard, or even playing in Co-op story, which you gotta do, to unlock everything..

And there is literally hours upon hours of content in this game. I've never seen a shooter game that had so many modes, so many characters, and so many weird guns packed inside one game. Looking at this game now, in 2016- it still looks great! This game is so fun to play with friends- it's the "smash bros" of shooter games. 12 out of 10 for me. "Hey Mr. Giggles wanna see my pocket?"

Playing this game in 16 player LAN mode on Xbox is a pipe dream, but one I'm not willing to give up on. I first played this on Gamecube, and even in 4 player mode with bots turned on, have not managed to find more multiplayer FPS fun than Future Perfect provided ever since.

The amount of missions in this game is huge and the rewards are awesome (each challenge usually unlocks a new character to play in multi player). The challenges are very difficult and tricky. It's just one of the best yet underrated games around.
@ninjamitcherz You can't play it online on the Xbox because they took down original Xbox servers and EA took down the PS2 server. You can use XLink Kai if you want.

Well, this game is not on Xbox 360, it is on the original Xbox, Ps2, and GameCube. You can get it from eBay, or Amazon. If you want it at its cheapest, purchase it for the original Xbox. If you want it at its second most expensive, get it on ps2. But if you got a lot of money; get it on GameCube, although it's pretty expensive on that platform. That's all I gotta say.

I want to see timesplitters 4 so bad. This is probably one of my favorite games of all times.

I love how by the time ign uploaded this to RUclips, online multiplayer was long gone (ps2 ended in early 2007, Xbox in like 2010).
So today the best version is on the cube 16:9 progressive

TS 3, beat on hard. TS 2, normal because hard is not humanly possible. TS 1, just give up, there is no hope for you
going through the story again on an emulator fo the first time in over a decade, it holds up pretty well
