    As u know in India many people r vegetarian...and in this program no options for vegetarian..it means vegetarian people can't get 6 pack abs..I respect u very much..but this time...sir if possible please made video with vegetarian option and exercise split too because in your previous program 1 day researved for abs and cardio..sir please

    Usefull information sir I will apply that after one month because I'm in gaining now but I have one dought in no carb day you have said to eat 8 full eggs that makes acne and pimple . Substitute!!

    sir mai cutting par hu or abs daily karta hu ek din front and ek din oblique to maine diet subha egg or bread khata hu lunch me daal or 2 roti ya paneer then sham me gym jaara hu gym se aakar pineapple juice thodi der baad chicken boil then eggs to mera daily ka routine sahi hai ya aap kuch apni advice dediye
