Just because mold is black in color doesn't mean it's "black mold". It needs to be tested. Also, I hope you had permission from the homeowner to film in their house, making all these assumptions for anyone to see.

In mY OPINION when talking about ANYTHING from an INSPECTOR standpoint- BACK it UP with ACTUAL TESTS- thats called EVIDENCE- YOU DONT WANT TO BE be CAUGHT in the wrong as ANY KIND of an INSPECTOR...YES, the contract protects you somewhat UNTIL challenged in a court of LAW-ONCE the word gets out YOUR DONE-FINISHED in that BUSINESS!
BE VERY careful showing things on any social outlet that can and WILL come back to haunt you later-
Trust and inspection thats VERIFIED with REAL TOOLS, MOLD TESTER -LAB, etc...........flir etc.............EVIDENCE is VERY IMPORTANT as an INSPECTOR of any type!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bet there is standing water under the house. The moisture will always gravitate to the path of least resistance. In this case up through the floor. Also the poor roofing may also allow water to penetrate through. Leakey roofs can channel water behind the walls and not make itself evident for years. This is not going to be cheap to remedy.
