Beautiful-looking cake! Would it not be a thousand times better if you had toasted the walnuts first?

I made this with a slight variation, I added sultanas with the crushed nut 100g each. I used yogurt not milk my bananas were 360g so I added 30g of flour and 2 tsp baking powder, 1tsp bicarbonate soda the result is the best banana cake Everyone loved it too much I had to make another

thanks for the recipe! i enjoyed making this so much and sadly it didn’t turn out like a cake ahaha but still tasted good ofc. mum said the cake probably had too much liquid to have turn out the way it did. it probably had to do with my inaccurate measurement of flour. my cake came out so white, no fluffiness - it was just stuck together hard jelly kind

You can always change the speed of the video, pause the video, take screenshots and/or write down ingredient quantities. You can also try the closed captions, they even include metric measurements! Changing the settings can be quite helpful, especially for instructive videos.

I'm confused. I checked the conversions and this is what I found.
    The recipe says:
    - 65 g (1/4 cup) melted butter
    - 95 g (1/3 cup) milk
    - 230 g (1+3/4 cups) all purpose flour
1/4 cup of melted butter is 60g
1/3 of cup milk is 81.67g
1+3/4 cups of all purpose flour is 218.75g
