DISCLAIMER this video was shot in a safe gun range, with rangers and secure checks, with signing in and out, and I was taught how to use all of these guns shown in a safe manner by a trained coach!
HELLO EVERYONE, well, isn't this an exciting video?! I got the chance in America to SHOOT GUNS! And of course, I couldn't pass it up.
I completely understand that not everyone is into the thought of guns, and if you don't like this, I apologise and you don't have to watch this!
Thankyou if you did watch and enjoy it, I would appreciate if you could give it a like!
    Paige x

What you did was legal, you did it safely, and you offered no harm to anyone. There will be viewers who dislike the subject, but you owe them no apology.

I like how he started you off with the .22LRs before moving on to the larger calibers. That's probably a good way to introduce someone to shooting.
I'm also guessing that that shotgun was loaded with birdshot, as opposed to buckshot. That was also wise, as buckshot has a bit more kick and may have felt uncomfortable. As it was it looked like you handled the shotgun rather well.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm just looking at comments i missed! Yeah, I had a good group of older people around me helping me out and they were very knowledgable! Yeah I thought I handled it well, too! Not bad for a starter and I shot all my targets!

hmm, not bad at all for first time. Try leaning "into" the gun when shooting for better posture :)

I've spoken to a lot of Britons that say the same thing and they are actually some of the most anti-American people you could ever meet. Yeah, they love America and Americans, but only on their terms and based on their culture. Hopefully you're not one of those.

    • @ohaipaiigeyx
      @ohaipaiigeyx  8 лет назад +19

+John Bender not at all! I genuinely love america, i think it's a great place and i love all you can do and one day wish to move there, and all the americans i've ever met are the loveliest people and have the biggest hearts. I get why people would shy away because of things in the news - but every country has their news, don't they!

Most American men are impressed by women who can properly handle firearms, but when a woman who has never shot a gun before can handle a 12 gauge pump shotgun like you did, then I assure you that you will have their respect from that day forward

You're lucky to be able to do this, us here in Britain really need to loosen our gun laws IMO. Have you ever had trouble with airport security or anything like that?

I'm British and I shot my first real firearms in the United States of America, and what could they say? I was in the LAND OF THE FREE, Unlike my place of Birth England the Nanny state, which does not trust any law abiding person to actually be responsible and really trys to portray a bad image of those who would not mind owning a firearm.. for the purpose of Self defence, meanwhile good people are denied the ability to make their own decision if they would like to own one or not, Knife crime is rife, and Gangsters are shooting at one another, and we just face the possibility of becoming a statistics, if we one day, have a very unlucky day, I hate the whole culture of it being a nanny state, I love America, and I will defend the values they have, because I my self identity with them, I mean when Liberty calls, it is impossible to say NO.

We don't need looser gun laws, the UK police fire less than ten rounds a year in anger, over 70 US police officers are killed per year, our way works, theirs does not. Legal shooting is still possible if you really want to, it's strictly controlled and safe.

I thought it was one of the basics of shooting after safety stuff like muzzle and trigger discipline. That's what I was taught as a kid anyway, and I'm British.

Shooting is fun, part of the fun is how dangerous it is. Like skydiving or driving a motorcycle.

I went shooting in the USA, just like her, I'm also British, but unfortunately we don't have the same freedom in Britain, the ranges we do have, are nothing like you guys have trust me, their so limited, and cheap and tacky looking, their not worth going to, in the UK, In America, its the land of the free, all law abiding people after a bit of supervision are trusted to shoot whatever, the way it should be, and the ranges there are the real deal, and well looked after.. I found shooting to be a lot of fun, and If I lived in America, Id visit the range quite a lot, its a good experience for sure!
