    Fabulous..Took me back to the 60's when my pals and I would go train spotting at Bps Stortford Station. The highlight in those days was when the Fenman came through normally pulled by an English Electric Type 3. Happy days.

    Aahh, remember those days. Went to watch them turn around at Stansted Airport 'triangle'. My Dad was a signalman at Bishop's Storford, He's retired now, along with the signal box. Happy days.

    Cannons Mill Lane foot crossing. I remember standing on the footbridge near Castle Gardens as the 37’s thundered through underneath, they made the whole bridge shake and as a toddler it scared me. Steam and diesels have/had personality and soul. The electric rubbish now are just boxes on wheels
