Totally agree. Especially with oh Santa, I felt kind of bad because I’d never listen to it but the remix has totally brought new life to it and I ac love it now!

I love that this Christmas album overall has alot more emotion and festivity to it than that of Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas' vocals were amazing but it didn't have the extra holiday cheer that we had on this album. When Christmas Comes is my favorite Christmas song by Mariah, possibly even more than AIWFCIY.

"Christmas Time Is In The Air Again" to me is by far the best Christmas song of her career and is the one that I listen to every Christmas since it came out. A close second is "Charlie Brown Christmas" and the newer, proper version "Christmas Time Is Here". Third and last one from my favorites is "O Holy Night" (The 2000 version). The rest is good but not necessarily to play on loop for me.

Little Town of Bethlehem and Here Comes Santa Clause are my favorite tracks on this album.
I like that this album is different from her first Christmas album (production-wise, vocally, lyrically, and artistically-to mention her collaborations). Although I think the first one was stronger and higher in terms of career changing, I like the vibe and variety of this one more. 8/10.
Oh Santa's whistles are a bit overproduced indeed but I feel the runs flow so beautifully. It's a nice touch in the song. Only thing I wish was that she lowered the percussion sound to let the bells sounds shine through.

What stands out on this album even compared to the albums after is the production. Apart from “auld Lang syne” the instrumentation doesn’t sound too cheap or generic or have JD’s constant drum beats that are found through out E=MC2 and MIAM. I love those albums and his songs on them but I live for her songs with “Marc Shaiman” “James Poyser” and “Big Jim Wright” RIP 🙏🏼
I’m honestly more interested in her Emotions review 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 I hope I’m one of the first person to watch it

For me, Drummer Boy and First Noel get 10/10! The whole album is great.
