You should always nevs disk before the person you want to be blown up the most gets to draw a bunch....
Imo, the bigger takeaway is the importance of play sequencing. I went t1 ex map into t2 tapped land, that cost me the opportunity to use the map to grab ancient tomb so I could play the disk t3. Even in a casual game, the details matter. I cooked it pretty badly there... Thx for watching and commenting!
Sean called it and asked why Larry is not doing the thing. Maybe because time sieve was destroyed earlier? He shouldnt waste the Boseiju when they already had disc ... should better save it for possible comeback from lynch and his bazilion lands.
Hearing sky read liessa out loud was the first time i noticed that her life-instead-of-mana commander tax was NOT optional. Neat.

If Sean sacrificed only the golgari rot farm before the zuran orb left and then cast Lord Windgrace to get two lands back he could have gotten boseju and rot farm back, he could have floated mana and bounced the boseju to channel it on the time sieve. But what an awesome game!
If Lynch had to correctly pronounce a card name as a prerequisite to cast it, he would never win a game again. :)

Kelemi_chillin’s lists on moxfield. He did a more competitive combo life drain list and a more casual one. Kelemi is the most dedicated Liesa player you’ll learn a lot from him.

The glacial chasm trigger to sacrifice a land goes on the stack. He taps the chasm for a black before sacrificing Urborg. With black floating then he sacrifices the urborg.

Nice game. However sky cast siphon mind as a instant when the image showed it was a sorcery.
At the end of Sky's turn you needed to pop the disk. Never let the leading player get to untap and draw before disking.

47:08 I believe teferi's protection resolves while time sieve is still on the stack so wouldn't it be on the board while lynch was phased out?

I just meet a deck combo with crystal sword and archaemomancer, which enter battlefield return target instand or sorcery spell to the hand. He triggers crystal sword then return archaemkmancer into hand then cast it to get the cyclonic rift every turn and hit us to die.

I would be pissed as Sean. He thought Larry would boardwipe so he takes care of the time sieve and then gets attacked by lynch.
Rootpath purifier gives a super type not a subtype to lands. Therefore you cannot search for any land with boseiju with a purifier out. Not that this happened in the game but it was mentioned.

There was a solution for Time Sieve on the board in Lord Windgrace deck... just return Boseiju and a bounce land back to the battlefield, bounce land could have been sacked to go to graveyard.

Mike could of took a extra turn with teferi in the stack so the disk explodes and he takes the next turn which phases him back in

Larry is my meta brotha! Always epic decks and reminds me of when I played 8 players commander, 2 headed, 4x2, and stole opponents seedborn, Avacyn, and had my own disk so I could destroy the board every turn. Ended it with Ibex +18 and dealt 310 damage to them with their 300 such block/gain.
And this is why you don't wait for your opponent to untap and draw before you wipe the board.

Shouldn't the extra turn artifact be blown up? It was still on the stack when teferi's protection was casted so it joins the battlefield after. So then the disk should blow it up?
The disk was popped in response to the cast. It wiped the board while the Time Sieve was still on the stack.
41:13 syphon mind is a sorcery, and sky cast it at mikes upkeep. Am I missing something?

Was there any point to the Stranger Things theme other than to allow 5 colours ? It looked to just be a 5 colour good stuff token deck; basically a refurbished Golos deck.
Crazy game guys! Note: Do not run stripmine, ghost quarter, etc in a 5 color deck. Never a good idea imo. Sometimes there will be a card type you struggle to interact with. You can't have graveyard hate, land/creature/enchantment/artifact/planeswalker, etc removal and still have a game plan. You just have to focus on what you're doing and not worry about stopping everyone else. Decks are so much more fun to build and play that way too.

no joke as I was watching I said damn it would be crazy if lynch draws the protection since Larry was being greedy with the disk, and then lynch untaps and draws like 4 cards and throws down the protection😅 I would have used the disk on sky’s end step

Larry has such a chill vibe. At least early on. As the game goes on he gets gloomy if things don't do exactly the way he wants. Even being attacked once is enough to get him to sigh heavily. Just have fun man. Sky and Lynch have fun no matter what. We all enjoy seeing you on the show and congrats on fatherhood.
