Ben , thanks for your review. I just bought a 2024 Honda Accord Touring, in iridescent white pearl. It's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL car--Long, Low, Wide, and Sleek. It is so sexy. I cannot stop looking at it. I cannot stop driving it. The handling is off the charts; the steering feel is unbelievable and YESSSS, drives like a Lexus, for sure, the interior is absolutely gorgeous. It is so comfortable, quiet, and its FASSSST. I disagree with your comment when you said, " Well, its no race car; its not fast, but it gets the job done". Let me tell you something Ben, ok; I've owned 28 brand new cars since 1989. I'm 57 years old. I've owned BMW; Mercedes; Audi; Porsche: Jaguar, and Aston Martins, etc. I've also owned tons of other cars that the mainstream population can actually afford. I've owned V6 jeep Grand Cherokees; V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, amongst so many other cars. Is this car as fast as a super fast luxury sports car: NO. If you want 0-60 in 3 seconds, plan on dropping at least $180,000. This Accord's acceleration and power are EXCELLENT: 0-60 in 6.4 seconds. This car HAULS ASS-I LOVE the power, and there's no turbo lag. The electric power is immediate; always there on tap. I just hit the throttle and this car takes off like shit shot out of a cannon. I LOOVE my new Accord. Oh, it's just so beautiful! Ben , thanks for your review. I always appreciate what you have to offer. Best-Tim

@@LuisRobertoBolanosChavez I bought the all new 2024 Accord Touring Hybrid. This latest generation Accord Touring only comes with the Hybrid powertrain. It’s fun to drive; makes great power and quick acceleration and I’m averaging 43 miles per gallon, mixed, and that’s driving fast, as I do have a lead foot. I know this car is not on par with the power and performance of the previous 2.0 liter turbo, as many complain. However, with 248 Lb Ft of torques from 0-4500rpm, I never want for anymore power. It can accelerate from 0-60 in just 6.4 seconds and has a top speed of 130 miles per hour and achieves 0.90 g’s of cornering grip.nothing to sneeze at. and the gas mileage is amazing. The handling is amazing; excellent ride quality; huge on space; high in refinement; huge on luxury. Quality of materials and fit and finish are beautiful. Technology is like WOWWWW- totally COOOL. I also love the styling: Sexy and Elegant. My Accord is pearlescent white. I appropriately named her, “Prancer”.-LOL!

Totally agree with your review! In fact, I traded in my 2023 Lexus ES-350 Ultra Luxury for my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L! There are very few luxury features that are missing, but overall…the drive is the same and we actually find it a bit roomier. My biggest complaint is the front passenger seat not being height adjustable. It just sits so low. As someone who is only 5’3” I can’t see out the window as a passenger and it’s a little challenging to get out. Aside from that though, I’m very happy with the switch!

The accord doesn’t have the same aggressive look as the two tone Camry BUT it drives way better and is bigger. To be fair to Camry it won’t go under a redesign until next year so accord has an unfair advantage. The only thing I wish it had was a 360 camera. I absolutely miss that from the Camry

What's amazing to me is that we have a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, and we recently had a minor problem and brought it in for service. Our dealer provides loaners at no charge, and they gave us another Honda Accord for a loaner. I drove this around for a day saying why did the dealer give us an old Accord, as I thought it was their policy to only loan out newer cars. It took me a full day before I realized this was a 2024 Accord. That being said the interior design is absolute horrid and antique looking in comparison to our 2022. What were they thinking? Our 2022 is so much nicer inside! Guess I'll stick with this one. Also, what ever motor this came with it was gutless, where our Accord Hybrid has plenty of power, although not fast.

Why Honda insisted on making those wheels standard is beyond me. If you’re gonna do that, you have to install sound-mitigating material.

    Buyer Beware
If you own or thinking about purchasing a 2023 or 2024 11th generation Honda Accord...Beware.
The gas line, brake lines and evap lines are plastic and are not fully protected by Sheilds, Guards.
These cars have about a 14 inch section were these lines are exposed to road hazards. I had something hit these pipes, one was cut almost completely through, others severely damaged. The repair bill at the Honda dealership is over $7,000.00. I reported this to American Honda as I feel this could have been prevented had lines been metal or at minimum run behind a protective cover.
These undercarriage on these cars are almost completely covered by shields, guards, you even have to remove the skid plate to change oil, filter but Honda decides to leave this section of crucial pipes non protected from road hazards. Honda has refused to take any responsibility for not providing a guard which would prevented such damage. I could have lost my brakes and or a fire started due to damage occurring.

I was anticipating something even more impressive this year, but instead, it seems like they've opted for a bulky, unappealing design reminiscent of a cheap plastic soap holder with a heavy price tag. As a Lexus owner...no it does not drive like a Lexus. I have a 3.5L V6. That cannot be beat by any 4 cylinder or hybrid. I can stomp the gas and I won't even feel or hear the engine or transmission. It's as if it's not even there. No Honda, ever, not a single one, can even touch a Lexus in any aspect when it comes to luxury and how good it feels to drive.

I disagree. My past 4 vehicles have been Lexus ES 350s. Of course, I loved everything about them -except having to use premium fuel and the high cost of maintenance (I always used the dealership.) Went with the '23 Accord Touring this time - and I absolutely love it. Ben I agree with oy - it does drive like a Lexus. The aesthetic on the interior, in my humble opinion, is even nicer than the Lexus. (Lexus has had some pretty ugly dashboards along the way.) The tech is top notch; the materials are very nice, and it handles beautifully. I think the exterior is much classier than the ES 350 - whose grill I think is atrocious! And as far as hearing the engine or the transmission, I was waiting in line at a drive through, and when it was my turn, the employee asked me if I had the engine turned off - that's how quiet it is, especially in EV mode. Needless to say, I'm sticking with Honda at this point.

As a Lexus owner... you're about 10 years behind everyone else.
Your right, it's absolutely demolished by the capabilities of modern turbo 4s.
That 3.5L was a dog even for a modern NA V6, and now we got turbo engines delivering more power at a faster rate.
Why do you think Toyota is replacing it with their new 2.4l turbo and hybrid?
The only reason to buy a Lexus over Acura or German is reliability.
Honda absolutely smashes Toyota when it comes to building a good driving car.
