I can’t believe i passed! I bought courses and books from a different school and i couldn’t get it that well. I found prep agent on RUclips and i passed! 😆 i just binge watched the vocab videos and the webinars. What helped me was i would interact with the webinars like if i was present in that class even tho i wasn’t because they were prerecorded and i passed my exam in CA! It was a breeze i passed with still a whole 1 hour left on my exam. Thanks Joe!

Just passed my RE exam last week, 1st time go. There was a lot about contracts, deeds, real/personal property, yields, they asked about the brokers trust fund account and asked a lot of questions you already had in your “California most common asked questions”. Your stuff definitely helped soooo much!!!

MY Tips for anyone taking the test: 1.Thoroughly read each question. They are trying to trick you with the wording. 2. Know synonyms not just vocabulary. 3 . Take your time. Don’t question yourself. 4. Don’t stress over the math but know formulas. 5. Pick the answer that’s correct 100% of the time. 6. Take as many practice tests as you can. ❤

I listened to ALL of his videos. I listened to this one on the way to take the test. I thanked Joe as I was marking a few of my answers! True story 😂 He’s the only one that helped me remember. I took my first test 8/30 and failed state . But I passed my Real Estate Exam on 10/26 in Texas. Your online course helped a lot , thank you man I appreciate you
So I took my PSI for National and state earlier this week. I failed both. The problem was that when I got to the questions they answer choices were very weird and confusing. Nothing like any of the RUclips videos I’ve watched. Way more tricky. I can get most answers correct in the videos and practice questions. The answer choices on the actual test are almost all alike to each other with the exception of maybe 15 overall that are straightforward

Thank you Joe. I purchased your program and it helped me pass my real estate test on the first try this weekend. I used the vocabulary section as well took all the different test. Being able to take the test and get feedback on incorrect answers helped me tremendously. I enrolled with prep agent about a month ago . I had previously tried studying out the book and notes but wasn’t really engaged in retaining the info . However , after enrolling I would review the book note and the corresponding videos since I’m a visual learner . After that I tried memorizing 10 vocabulary words a day . Yesterday I had my CA test and passed it on the first try ! Thanks prep agent , was truly helpful and easy to actually understand the topics I was struggling with .
have any tips or suggestions on this? I personally feel confident and when I go through the test I only have trouble with a hand full. Yet I can only get between 46-52 out of the 60 needed. I've taken both test around 7 times now.... I hardly budge, and my categories change pretty strongly. Test1. Contracts: 4 out of 10 Test2. Contracts: 9 out of 10 Test3. Contracts: 6 out of 10 . The questions haven't changed all that much, and like I said I feel pretty confident on my choices.
@@agenladelima6333 I would say to really understand the concept, know your vocab, and do a lot of practice tests, for vocab I would connect it to specific scenarios, so like trade fixture remember “business” a dentist you will assume when he is done being a dentist he will take his dentist chair, this specific example i learned from one of joes vocab videos
Passed the Ohio exam, first try. This guy is good. I used his videos to prep for the test. He makes things waaaay easier to understand and he is entertaining. “S.T.U.D.” popped in my mind when a utility question came up on the exam. Great job Joe!
let me tell you. I came out of my online classes and had all my certificates but didn’t know a single thing. lol i know it sounds bad but i just skipped through them. Prep agent helped me literally learn everything i needed to know for the exam. I was so worried but i passed it the first try now i’m licensed at 18.

Hey Joe, I passed my VA exam for the first try, Thank you thank you for your videos. But I would like to give anyone who is going to take VA exam a little tips. Learn how to apply concepts into scenarios. The exam was way harder than what I thought. I studied so hard for hours and hours everyday, but the questions they asked were seldom direct vocabulary like the practice questions you had. Math was extremely easy, but all those scenario questions were very tricky.

This came in the PSI exam. Does anyone know the correct answer: A club refused to rent to minority family, the club explained it's for members only. Does the club in violation with fair housing law? A- no, the club is operated for the members only, as long as the club is not commercial building. B- yes, they refused to rent it to a minority family.

After taking the class in a classroom. (Last one before COVID) you quickly learn that nothing in the class helps you be an agent. It's just to get you pass the test. Take all the training your brokerage offers. More valuable than anything
I took my illinois broker exam yesterday and failed both National and state !! I used exam smart and studied for 2 weeks non stop I felt super confident taking the exam .. get to the exam just to see everything I studied wasn't on the exam.. questions are super long and very confusing. Never just a simple answer. Mite try prep agent
How much would it cost for online classes in New York State? I am currently enrolled at AYPO online and all I do is write notes. Since October 2022, I have only been able to do 4 lessons and there's ten more to go.
I keep scoring in the 90% range when I generate a 100 question vocabulary test on Prep Agent. However, when I take the master exam, I score below 75%. Any advice? I take my exam Thursday and I'm getting a little nervous
I owe you the world. Passed the exams on the first try! Now have a question: I can swear the law is I have to carry my NYS Pocket Card at all times when doing biz. My broker has sat on my card for weeks and says not to worry, I can do biz with just my regular ID... I was gold it MUST be shown on demand and necessary when you go to view. (Have to leave at the office.) Is this a bad sign?

Just took my exam Saturday. Passed the national portion, but I didn’t study the Texas portion. Studying now, national seemed pretty easy though

A- no, the club is operated for the members only, as long as the club is not commercial building.
B- yes, they refused to rent it to a minority family.

After taking the class in a classroom. (Last one before COVID) you quickly learn that nothing in the class helps you be an agent. It's just to get you pass the test. Take all the training your brokerage offers. More valuable than anything

I took my illinois broker exam yesterday and failed both National and state !! I used exam smart and studied for 2 weeks non stop I felt super confident taking the exam .. get to the exam just to see everything I studied wasn't on the exam.. questions are super long and very confusing. Never just a simple answer. Mite try prep agent

How much would it cost for online classes in New York State? I am currently enrolled at AYPO online and all I do is write notes. Since October 2022, I have only been able to do 4 lessons and there's ten more to go.

I keep scoring in the 90% range when I generate a 100 question vocabulary test on Prep Agent. However, when I take the master exam, I score below 75%. Any advice? I take my exam Thursday and I'm getting a little nervous

I owe you the world. Passed the exams on the first try! Now have a question: I can swear the law is I have to carry my NYS Pocket Card at all times when doing biz. My broker has sat on my card for weeks and says not to worry, I can do biz with just my regular ID... I was gold it MUST be shown on demand and necessary when you go to view. (Have to leave at the office.) Is this a bad sign?

Is this the new questions to the national exam?
I took the exam in Alabama yesterday and it was absolutely nothing like this! Lots of long, scenario questions with completely different content.
Is this suppose to be the 50 easiest questions on the final exam? I assume the actual test is much much harder?
