Just coming back to comment. I just passed my real estate exam a few hours ago on my first try. Let me tell y’all, this channel and their website is the real deal. I did not take my test or prepare for it immediately after passing my course exam. I regret that but I just couldn’t carve out the time. I finally started studying but I’m not good at book studying. I like to take practice tests and have someone explain answers out loud. I took tons of practice tests and watched a bunch of real estate prep videos and REAL ESTATE WIZARD IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MADE SENSE. Y’all it’s no joke. Please take their practice tests on their website. The questions they offer on their website and yt channel were VERY similar to my test. Good luck!

I took my real estate exam yesterday and I forgot my ID so I had to run down to the dmv since I live in another city I thought it'd be easier to go get a temporary ID; by the time I got back to the exam it was 10:34,it started at 8:30 so I didn't finish it on time. I completed 79 questions out of 150, and my score was 52% out of 100, which I believe was good due to the time I had to complete it I'm going back next week. DON'T GIVE UP!

Been working in Reverse for 4 years. There was only 1 question on the course test and I got it wrong because of the way it was worded. Ugh. Because of the difference between forward and reverse: I won’t use 98% of this stuff and I’m terrified. I’ve watched so many channels and have found that it’s all about the voice and demeanor of the presenter. Really happy I found your channel. It came up on my feed after search after search. I have 1 week until my test date. God be with me.
I took my California Real Estate Exam today and I didnt pass. Its a hard test. Hopefully these videos help me out for next time. I already rescheduled my test so now I have to study harder this time!
This question was on a real exam: A seller is working with 3 agents. The first agent provides a CMA for $78,580; second one for $80,560. The third agent did not research and gave an amount of $91,400. Later on, the house sold for $96,368. What fiduciary responsibility did the agent break? At first, I said Accountability and changed it to Honesty. Those two was the best choices. Which one, or was there another correct answer I over-looked, although the other answers did not seem to fit the scenerio?

Although B may be illegal under agency law or some other statute, I don't think the type of intentional neglect described in B is covered under the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 (which is what the prompt asks). Answer B doesn't fall under one of the protected groups of the FHA.

For question 50 my NC instructor told me it’s 18. I wonder if it’s just my state? (This is the stuff that confuses me for national vs state. How do we know which part it’s asking for!! Ugh
@@felipec2157 that’s what I thought, too. When we move to different states, we have to take the test all over again for that state, also complete their requirements, too.

Does the transfer of warranties mentioned in 20-17 paragraph 9 refer only to transferable warranties related to repairs in 20-17 paragraph 7F? You need to study hard and learn/grasp the meaning of the concepts and pray to remember them during the test.

How do we know what RE test this is for? There’s no state listed. Every state has different questions
Its for the national portion of the exam. The national portion is the same in all fifty states.
Who takes the National portion test? Isn’t the test differ per state?
