Because of this video I'm not worried at all. So thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all. Side note: I attempted to work the final commissions equation at 41 minutes and 23 second and it so happebs that the numbers should be multiplied not divided.
I got a 74 on the first try, 73 on the 2nd….only 5 real estate Calc questions and got ‘em all wrong. Long story short, I need to answer the math questions correctly to pass & your videos are a huge help
That one definitely got me I was so excited when I saw my answer up there but then thought twice when I noticed it was the only answer with a comma! I immediately said, "Read dummy!" Great video so far, thank you!
Im taking an online course in FL and it has math that involves lenders yield, discount points, all of the different mortgages math, sales commissions, state transfer taxes and appraisal math. I am so lost with these. Do you think you'll cover any of this content? I love all of your other videos! its more enjoyable than my online course! haha
