You can actually go to your state and find the handbook that actually tells you the exact percentage of each chapter that’ll be on the test for Florida it’s 12% of the test

I need help with a question in the test that I failed which states a contingency that earnest money would be returned after inspection and the buyer asks for it before inspection, what would selling agent do. 1) return immediately or 2)refused to return until after inspection as stated in the agreement. I can’t remember the other choices lol but I believe I eliminated them. Listening to your videos have been so helpful in retaining these concepts. Thank you!

I’m not sure what that means, can you give one or 2 examples/ short stories letting us know how it works? Sorry, still nowhere with this. Would love know RE before taking this state exam..
I’m very confused my friend why would a contract with a minor make that contract automatically void. According to MLS and Just call Maggie real estate a contract with a minor is voidable at the discretion of the minor due to the legal flaw of the minor being a minor….is that not the case ? Thanks
It’s voidable. Potentially, a minor could enter into a contract giving the idea that the contract is valid. It could be found out later that the person who signed the contract is not of legal age, making it voidable.

It’s voidable.
It’s void if the party is mentally incompetent.

What about if someone is a minor? Is the contract void or voidable?
Void since you have to be 18 for it to be even considered a contract
