I promise you guys Prep Agent is THE reason I passed my Texas Real estate exam. Just buy the course and and take the Vocal, national, and state practice exams OVER AND OVER again until you are getting at least 85%-90% easily. The national exam is LITERALLY just like the Prep agent practice test. I promise just doing the practice test alone will help. And I only did this for a week leading up to your test. Don't overstudy just take practice test. I Literally became an agent in 2 months total. From start to finish. I finished RealEstate express Texas 180 hours in about a month and had to schedule my exam far out because it was only available certain days so I could have gotten it sooner. I am now licensed and sponsored and already have deals Im going to start closing on. You can do this! Listen to Joe and pass. Buy the pep agent course!!!!

@@k3jsisters8 Texas does not have reciprocity with any other state in the nation for this reason. Texas has the most requirements out of any state and their test is the hardest too.

Quick heads up - I think the example for accretion is reliction. Gradual action from ocean / waters receding sounds more like reliction. I think Accretion is more about the water bringing in additional land

@@bioshock5620 no. Taking it again next week. I've taken it multiple times. The court case scenarios kill it each time. I was three questions away once from passing but I noticed the test that I almost passed was a lot easier than my previous attempts.
I'm confused about the fixture. You use the example of a picture nailed into the wall as a fixture. But you use a TV as an example of personal property, something that goes with the owner when the house is sold. Wouldn't your artwork be included in that?! If a TV can be mounted to a wall and a picture can be nailed to a wall within the picture be personal property and not a fixture like a chandelier

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
