So, I know you guys may never see this, but I had to leave a comment. This cover had me bawling my eyes out at 4am this morning. My husband is gone right now due to work and he has been struggling so hard with being gone and the loss of his father and I have been trying to be there for him. Listening to this version of the song let me see it in a completely different light. It just hits so different. It reminded me of trying to comfort him before he had to go. I love him so much and all I want is for him to be happy and I feel like it has been hard to make sure he is. I will never stop trying to make his day a little brighter. Thank you Melodicka Bros!

@@rebeccalopez5094 I just watched the version. But it is not easy to explain why the Bros version a lot better, I would say the great quality of the video contrast with real people singing together. But when they fill the "in a day or two" at 3:05 with voices and instruments.. after adding the choir which had already gave me the freaking chills (almost cried) It's magical. Those guys took this song to another level. And this song is special because A-ha nailed it when they composed this song at first. This music is one that will last forever. :)

This cover is really wonderful, but the best cover of a song ever made is "Crying in the rain" from a-ha. They covered this Everly Brothers Song and it was better then the original version.The Everly Brothers were so excited about the new version that they gave away their guitars to Morten, Magne and Paul (the members of a-ha).

I listened to this song growing up and never thought much about lyrical value... Years later and I mean years I hear a lot of slow versions of this song, almost makes a tear form listening to the lyrics in such dramatic speed. Almost like a life span, pushing to a near end. Fast and catchy in youth and slow and dramatic in adulthood. It is beautiful in that ironic way.
