I've never heard of this band until today. For them to re-interpret this song into what they created takes great musical awareness, It takes an open mind. They were having fun figuring it out, and its an excellent interpretation of the original, not a cookie cutter cover. I don't expect to convince anyone disliking it otherwise. I am a long time fan of SOAD, and have seen them live. I think they would like this rendition, it honors the song and System of a Down.

Thoroughly captivating, both as a performance and as a template for yt content. The level to which everyone in the room added value and matched energy is inspiring.
The pacing of the video is also absolutely masterful and really gets you invested into the process, which no doubt helped drive home the final performance.
The ending was very well executed, but to me the shining moment of their cover was the dynamic change going into the first chorus. It just has such a weight and significance to it.
Man its been a while since anything on youtube struck me like this. So dope.

WOW!!! It's not often that I find a cover that blows be away like this....rarely does a band decide to go in such a different direction with a cover and it rival the original in its sheer power to move me to tears...even rarer is it's agility to surpass the original. Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt did this. And now your cover of Toxicity has done so as well. Again...just WOW!!

this is absolutely stunning. the reimagination, the progression and the feels. They all played within their parts and as a whole, this turned out to be out of this world. Well executed. Props to the keyboardist for the composition and rising the feel of the second chorus. It hit hard. defintely hit hard

I've seen this video several times now, and I keep getting blown away. I'm a big SOAD fan, and of course big fan of this song. And it's not a song that is easy to make a cover of and make it your own - but Fionn did it, and woah how they did it. Goose bumps all over, for me. Every choice and decision they made were absolutely perfect. And what an introduction to Fionn, definitely going to find more music from them on Tidal. Hope this will find its way there 😊

What i love about metal music, it can even make folk singers wanna go hard after one listen. At the end of the song there, girl in white shirt couldnt hold back the headbanging anymore lol such a sick cover!

Dude the RUclips algorithm threw this video at me tonight when I didn’t even know who Fionn was, but holy shit this band just gained a new fan. What an astonishing take on a System of a Down classic especially when the singers have never heard this song before and they do the gnarliest harmonizing🙌🏻I genuinely can’t wait to go through this bands discography after this video

Toxicity is literally my favorite song of all time. It's a perfect song. As such, I never thought I could every really like a modified cover of it. I was wrong! This was incredible -- it literally reivented the song for me. It brought out new emotions that completely made sense in connection with the song. And the way you ended it, OMG, that was EPIC. You all are truly talented. I will cherish and enjoy this version for a long time. Thank you!!!
