My mother made this and people kept begging for them. She kept losing her original pattern and would have to go back to the friend who taught her, so she made one in orange and maroon as her original non-giveaway.
I thank you for the idea.. I made 60 wreaths for families in my church but this idea of displaying onto a cup is great need to make the part for the cup. If I have the time but I just may keep as a tree orinament. But great idea for next year but more covers for everyone.. over 60 lol. I have the time and the yarn. blessings. :-)

I loved this pattern, I accidentally made everything but the single crochets all around for one wreath and it worked perfectly. Once I did it with the single crochets it kept folding over, what could I be doing wrong? Anyone have tips?
I would make sure you have the correct stitch count each round and that you're not stitching too tightly. Often when my work stars curling, I'm pulling the yarn too tight. Hope that helps! Happy Holidays! 🎄
Yea it doesn't make sense to me either. When you put a single row instead of an increase its suppose to curl up that's why it always happens. I also can't get my circle like hers no matter what I do. It's always too big and looks dumb
