Thanks Runa for showcasing New Zealand with your travels. Being a New Zealander I travel the South Island each year to recharge myself. Around every corner is another "wow" experience and food for your soul.
It really is! The country just keeps delivering, and I definitely have to go back sometime for more. Loved it. Have a good Tuesday over there and thank you for following along!
The South Island of New Zealand is certainly a place any Norwegian or Swede could emigrate to and not suffer too much from Homesickness because there are so many familiar but refreshingly different places to experience and wonder at and the lifestyle is much like Australia in many places relaxed and nothing much fazes you.
Just get on with living life and experiencing a wonderful panaorame nature provides with a different discovery around every corner, Ride safely and enjoy what is before you and cherish what you have lived and seen for it is truly wonderous
It's so heart warming when someone visits and explores your home country with such wonder and appreciation. I love your content and the fact that you're on a motorcycle makes it that much more special.
New Zealand is stunningly beautiful indeed! Thanks for showing us. Always a pleasure riding along with you; no rush, no strrress, enjoying yourself is most important, it shows :-)
👋🌷from the Netherlands, at the other side, TW.
Thank you! I'm glad that comes across 😄 There's many ways to enjoy riding and traveling, and doing it chill is my preferred way. Have a great weekend!
@OffSheGoesADV : Thanks, you too👍
Since Noraly Itchy Boots got me into watching you're channel I haven't missed an episode. I see awesome beauty like you do. Thanks
New Zealand is a very special place and so many beautiful views. Thanks again, Runa, for your relaxed and warm personality. It makes such a pleasure to watch and listen to you.
Thank you so much for following along, it's a pleasure sharing with you guys! 😊 Have a good evening, Martin!
Very beautiful and more than wonderful area, have a good trip😊
Thank you! So much beauty throughout New Zealand 😍
The lake looked so inviting 💙... until that moment 🥶🥶🥶
Hahah right?! I actually saw someone taking a dip there, but for long! Super cold glacier water ❄️
@OffSheGoesADV I felt it 🥶🥶🥶
Everything is just fantastic! Have to watch your other trips👍 be safe , 🇸🇪
Thank you very much, glad you liked them! 😊 Og god helg, kjære "nabo" 😃 🇳🇴
Absolutely beautiful wow and the water in the lake was incredible great video as always ❤️🙏
This country is amazing, your pictures make it even more beautiful! Thank you Runa! :)
Even your forced B options are stunning Runa 👌 NZ is lucky to have such a wonderful visitor!! 🌎✌
It sure was! I'm starting to think you simply cannot go wrong in New Zealand 😃 Thank you and have a nice evening!
So good. For me, your lovely voice makes the video that much better. Clear and gentle.
That is kind of you, thank you! 😊
Been there, done that (by car). Doing it again on my Africa Twin is on my long bucket list. Thanks for sharing this video. It brings back good memories
It sure hits different doing it on a motorbike, although I'm sure it was a great car ride too! Good luck and enjoy when time comes to cross it off the bucket list! 😊
Great video Runa. Takes us back to our trip around the South Island of New Zealand in a camper van. We stayed at Lake Pukaki and visited Mount Cook National Park. We’re from Scotland where we have fantastic mountain scenery just like you have in Norway but New Zealand is on a different level. Keep safe. Irvine & Karen.
Hi, Irvine and Karen! I hope the weather was as nice and clear when you visited 😃 And I can't wait to explore Scotland sometime in the future too, it looks stunning!
@ Yes the weather was absolutely fantastic for us as we were there in January. You would love Scotland. We travel around documenting our travels in our motorhome and have a 125 Scooter to get us about when the van is parked.
its nice to see you so happy. thanks for the video
Wonderful episode Runa
It was a couple wonderful days! 😊 New Zealand really has so much to offer
What an awesome episode! The scenery is truly amazing! Thanks Runa for sharing such awesome trip! 👍👍
Hi Runa, another charming episode full of stunning NZ scenery. So happy that you visited glorious Mt Cook in clear weather. I have been so lucky to see the summit exposed 4 out of the 5 times I visited and stayed there. The Hooker Valley Trek/walk was also a stunning experience for me, (maybe next time for you? 🤞). Hearing you comment about seeing the colour of Lake Pukaki also reminded me of my first visit. I just had to keep going back again & again. Thankyou so much for sharing your NZ journey Runa and the effort you make to create these great videos. Cheers from Australia.🤩😍🤩🦘🦘🦘
Another great episode Runa I am enjoying the tour of New Zealand i can see why you will be sad its near the end thanks
Thank you! It's such a great place to travel, the places, the people and just the whole package. But! ending one adventure also means the beginning of the next 🤩
Loved your comment about the moon. I'd never thought of that.
Great episode Runa. You caught some great scenery on the way through some of the best countryside we have here.
All my local roads in this episode, glad you enjoyed them....😎
Amazing episode Runa, lovely to watch 👌🏼🤩
Thank you, Eric! Glad you enjoyed it 😃
My wife and I experienced the same weather conditions on the 3rd of March as we were traveling the opposite direction to Runa in our Motorhome. We were going to stay in Tekapo that night but decided to traveled through to Cromwell to beat the strong wind warning for the next day. Love seeing the places Runa visits as a lot of the places we visited as well.
Hi Runa! As always your episodes are wonderful! Keep surprising us!🤩
Thank you, Daniel! Really appreciate it 😊 Have a nice evening!
Hello Jim and silvija here had no idea you had done so much when we meet you loving your video's
Cheers
Great video thanks... good night
Thank you for watching! Have a good evening 😃
Wow ,did not know about the clay cliffs on South Island. Impressive formations and just as surreal as the Badlands National Park environment in the USA. Can't wait to see where you go next and any further surprises you uncover.
New Zealand seems to have it all 😍 Badlands National Park is definitely going on my bucket list as well. The States has many incredible locations I look forward to experiencing one day
We wanted so much to see you swim...
Beautiful 👍
Hi Runa 👋, wow another stunning video from start to finish, what a stunning country New Zealand 🇳🇿 is , I couldn't get over the colour of the sea beautiful, and I don't blame you not wanting to leave, I really don't like riding in strong winds I find it scary, mother nature is powerful, On a different subject you have a lovely smile 😊, Thank you for this great video, I hope you're keeping well, Best wishes Roy in England 👍😊.
Hi Roy, and thank you 😃 It was a couple great days, so many stunning locations packed into them! have a great weekend over there!
Hi Runa, a great episode some wonderful footage of the beauty that New Zealand has to offer, and your last scene where you say you can't see everything but basically take the time to enjoy what you do see is so true, those memories will last a life time. Ride safe enjoy.
Wow that's awesome beautiful view but good looking you and your beautiful bike
Awesome as always, but I can’t believe you skipped the penguins! 😮
Just spectacular once again Runa👌The turquoise lake view was just incredible👌
Thank you! It sure was, it almost looked artificial with how vibrant the color was, really stunning 😍
Awesome you’re back ohno no penguins but the view is beautiful everywhere you look
Chào bạn của tôi,,cuộc hành trinh của bạn luôn có khung cảng thiên nhiên hung vĩ,quá thật là đẹp tôi yêu thích những nơi bạn đến và đi,thật tuyệt vời❤
Hi, it's great to see that you have our motorcycles in your country! I live in the Urals, we also have many mountains and beautiful places.
What a shame you didn’t camp at the DOC camping ground ground at the Hermitage there is a wonderful little museum manly dedicated to Sir Edmond Hillary, supposedly the first person to climb Mt Everest. Plus the view is jaw dropping.
Thank You for sharing Runa, how beautiful was this episode 🤗
Fabulous as usual.
Thank you, glad you liked it! Happy weekend 😃
The NZ tourist board should employ you as your content is superb. Thank you.
That is very kind of you, thank you! 😊
Thank you for sharing
Thank you for following along! 😊

@OffSheGoesADV thank you Runa and you must have a lovely weekend too okay❤. I am at present busy with my motorbike, a 1998 Kawasaki zx 11, I resprayed everything myself, cleaned and replaced parts where necessary, so I am looking forward to get back into the saddle soon! 😀 Anyway, we enjoy all your adventures, we love the way you spontaniously present yourself, we just love you 🤗🤗🤗🌸🌸🌸🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤

@OffSheGoesADV ❤
another great scenic video :D
It was a couple great and very scenic days! 😃 Thank you for following along!
Great video thanks!
Wow, another great video and I like the thoughts you add at your day start and end. You have a sort of planned spontaneity - a loose plan within a certain plan. Beautiful country to travel by bike
My part of the world. Danseys Pass was fun with a tour coach meeting two stock truck and trailer units meeting and creeping past each other near the end of your ride through. Was through the lakes area a month or two later, fairly chilly at night.
Nice to see you again Arun. You ride in places I have been myself and it is so beautiful to see someone else enjoying them..
Thank you! So many incredible places here, I'm gonna have to come back one day to see more!
@@OffSheGoesADV Hopefully!
Wow amazing job!
Love your tattoos. And the Husqvarna cap is so cool. My favorite part is the little bit where you run into the Africa Twin rider. Seeing another person enjoying what you're doing is such a wonderful part of our passion ❤
Thank you! And I agree - randomly meeting other people along the way is so nice, it's such a great community we are all part of 🥰
Awesome video. FYI - The “sprinklers” are nothing to do with fire, they are irrigation for the farm paddocks to keep grass green :)
Thank you, glad you liked it 😃 There were all of a sudden so many sprinklers running, more than other places the same day, so I thought perhaps they would turn them on also to prevent the fire from spreading?
As per usual Runa you take us to the most spectacular sights possible but as you state on camera it is impossible to see everything, which we appreciate as your time there was limited.
And now your home, experiencing what weather we have in store for approaching winter months and this weekend onwards Snow is predicted to fall.
Time to hibernate me thinks.
Winter sure is approaching, nothing to do about that! I'm happy to have these episodes to work on, to daydream about those warmer days 😍 Have a great weekend!
nice walk, we're waiting for the next one, have a good trip Runa 👍✌
Thank you and have a great weekend! 😊
The correct biker's response to anyone who says "You're 'lost'" when you meet them out the back of 'nowhere', is "I'm NOT lost, I'm EXPLORING" 😁
Nice to see New Zealand from the sadle. I would like to go to New Zealand and discover it by motorcycle as well. Riding almost only in Sweden and to some places in Norway.
Nice to follow you on your journey.
lovely tune😍😍😍😍
Glad you liked them 😃
I'm a kiwi you've done pretty good with the time you had.
Great. Now I want to go out for a ride and a camp! :D The sun is shining, the grass is green, the breeze fair and the sky is blue. Ah, wait, correction, the wind is strong. Side winds, yes, they are very tiring and hard on one's neck especially when it's blustery (sudden strong then soft cycles).
So your journey is done of episode in new zeland them i'm appreaciated and thank you very much ms. Runa grydeland about expose beautiful country. God bless you ms. Runa grydeland. So what next the journey of exicited runa?. I'm waiting . Anyway when you will sleep you look so sweet while tiring slayer of the head, wearing the jacket. Okay ms. Runa grydeland i pray you foe long live and health, your family among them ( father, mother, sister, brother, uncle,) also. I hopefull we meet up in indonesia country . Love you . Take care be safe always everywhere. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Greetings from Silesia,City Beuthen 😊
Greetings from Norway 😃 Hope you have a great Saturday!
Runa ❤❤
Your hair looks really pretty all the way down 🙂 (scene inside tent)
Danseys Pass on gravel road was enticing. Lake Pukaki was mystical ( is that glacier melt water?). Mount Cook was majestic - and what a great composition with the flat plains in the foreground leading right into the craggy sweep up to snow capped peaks! Awesome! 👌👍😊
It sure was a couple awesome days! 🤩 New Zealand just kept delivering. So many interesting locations and stunning views to visit and see!
Yes, Lake Pukaki's colour comes from glacial melt from the Tasman glacier at its northernmost head. This part of the country is called the McKenzie Basin. It's NZ's answer to Montana's 'Big Sky' country. From the 1950s to the early 1980s, the land was transformed with the execution of the Upper Waitaki (river) Hydroelectric scheme which, for a hydro-dam geek like me is a civil engineering marvel at what they accomplished. There are salmon farms dotted along the interconnecting canals between the artificial H.E. lakes, and they live breath and eat this glacial meltwater. Consequently, the salmon meat that comes from these farms tastes utterly divine and is every bit as good, if not better than, the 'wild-caught' salmon Pac-NW Americans & Canadians rave over.
Hi Runa! Videoene dine kommer veldig sent. Du lastet opp en februar-video i november. Vennligst last opp to videoer i uken. Vi på RUclips venter spent på videoene dine. Kjærlighet fra Tyrkia.❤
Det har jeg dessverre ikke tid eller kapasitet til, men tusen takk for at du ser videoene jeg produserer selv om de kommer sent ut 😍
Beautiful videos😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! Glad you liked it 😃
I think you should take camera for photography of those animals and beautiful place you see while traveling....❤❤
I do take quite a bit of pictures! 😊 I publish some of them on my instagram account 📸
Pingwings!
Hello from Oamaru!
Most of this area was originally native bush. Pockets were burnt out by Maori in the search of Moa. Europeans arrived (including my forberias) and the land was transformed to pasture for stock. Regardless my backyard is beautiful!
If you get the chance explore and and stay in some of the DOC high country huts.
Hi Runa, you’ve outdone yourself yet again. Every content is better than the last. The seal was a good consolation for no penguins. And the image of the road leading to the clear view of Mount Cook was epic. Do you get a commission from New Zealand Tourism? 😂. Thank you again for sharing the love. Geoff, from Fremantle Western Australia 🇦🇺 🦘
Good evening, Geoff! Or morning there, I suppose 😃 Thank you for the kind words and for following along! Really appreciate it 😊 Hahah no commission from tourist boards here 😂
환상적이에요~👍🏻 나중에 한국에서도 라이딩 할 수있는 날이 있겠죠?😁
if you have time come and see Kaikoura
So amazing views and what spectacular colour of the water.
Sorry for the penguins they probably wanted to see you as well as you wanted to see them 😂
It still was a couple great days, penguins or not 😃 Perhaps I'll get the chance again some other time!
@ You will probably get the opportunity to see a lot of interesting animals, penguins, moose, wolves, goats 🐐, cows, maybe a wild boar.😊
we will arrange everything for your travel
Nice beatyful landscapes, looks very similar to Ukrainian Crimea!
I want a lonely afternoon" "How many people live with unrealistic, vague smiles in the crowd of reality."
Позитив. Love
😃
Hey özgürlük 🧿🧿♥️👍👏👏👏👏🇹🇷🏍
Endless beauty New Zealand !
What about yourself ?
Det är två skillnader mellan Norge och Nya Zealand: Norge saknar vulkaner och pingviner 🙂
Hahah nettopp! 😆
🏍️🛣️👍👌👏
Yeah, the moon. In the northern hemisphere, when the moon is waxing, it's lit up on the right side, and the shadow is on the left, but there, it's the other way around. It looked more in the top and bottom positions, with a slight twist to the right side and the lit side. The right-lit side is a waxing moon in the North, but is it a waning moon in the South?
I have no idea, but it's very fascinating! Makes you realize how far away from home you really are
Everything in this video. But where kiwis ! 🤔😊🙏
Fan va du är snygg!!!!!
Another brilliant episode Runa, made all the sweeter with the stickers I got from your store arriving this week 😎
And what was the name of that lake again? 👀😂
Aaah glad to hear they made it! 😃 And thank you for the support 🥰 hahah lake Pukaki! 😎
