More subways connecting industrial areas to residencial and commercial

You have this beautiful river and only two ways to get to that industrial section and neither are efficient. The roads are long and the trains are windy.
Also if you haven't you can go into policies and put on free public transportation and then boom people have motivation to use public transpo

Always put one elementary school in every area. It keeps people happy but is doesn't educate those people more than low educated or mid educated (I don't what term the game uses).
Metro normally dramatically increases your income, in my cities, even if my metro system is super small, it makes a profit of at least 2,000 (3 lines with each having approx 4-6 stops). Over 1000 people using it too, I think the metro is the most popular transport for the cims in Cities Skylines, my buses have more lines and more stops on each line connecting every part of my city yet it doesnt beat metro, same with a few other transport types. Also gotta like how right now you have 100% likes

I’m looking through this whole series to get som tip on how to form my city, and I hate how it seems like your just winging it and still it gets so good! What the hell man!
Do it however you want using tm.pe and roundabouts for traffic issues. Make sure people entering roundabout have to give way to people already on it and plenty of public transportation. Other wise what this guy is doing is pretty much it.

Tbh, "traffic is all fixed", but did you realize you had De-spawning ON in TM/PE? You know what that option is right? It simply de-spawns traffic when it gets too crowded. Seems nice, but it's not realistic. And it hampers your city progress, because vanishing vehicles means also vanishing people and goods. Although I like your approach and your fanatic game-style and your personality this city would have been a disaster if you had turned De-spawning off. Reason for this is you don't do anything with your junctions and intersections. No give-way signs, no priority signs, no drive on signs turned on on main streets, no designated lane arrows, no speed reduction on key places, no banning vehicles where they are not really need to be, no choose your lane option on when approaching a roundabout, and maintaining too many unneeded traffic lights. This city just 'works' because you have De-spawning on. Now I see this video in October 2019, and this series dates back a year ago, so maybe you are already aware of these options in TM/PE these days. But in any case, who ever watched this series can read this comment and take note of it. :-)
