Local economy will matter a LOT more than national, in almost every way.
To be fair, importing goods to sell them at better prices is a tactic intended by the game devs, (there's a solo mission based on that in fact). Absuing the system to it's limit and over to the point of absurdity like you are doing.. not so much.
What level of education do you think someone need to work in an aiport IRL? It's not that high. Also, working as a librarian require a college degre IRL.

Managers of a public library rarely work in the library itself and are often political appointments. School libraries are run by teachers.

This is sheer genius, I have done some of these tricks, but "Spiffy" really showed me a number of things I did not know. Now Tropico is no longer a game of constant toiling and building for me, it has actually become more fun. I can hardly wait to try this in conjunction with tourists, that should be a real hoot!

Honestly the best economy tutorial for tropico 6. I have never had money problems playing tropico 6 after implementing this to my economy, and usually make 50,000+ per year just from the trading.
t4 best was soap operas. you built a giant apartment area, and a tv station in the middle, a fire station other side. you had ladies pumping out kids and watching tv all day, not only covered the housing costs, electricity and all, it made a profit. then the rum start: launch nuclear bomb, get cash for it, build 2 rum, 4 sugar, hire foreign workers, sell rum. that and oil was the top in 95% of maps.
In the game soda dungeon 2, the in game clock runs off your computers and their is a coin you can either pay for or wait 24hrs for a max bank of which you can buy stuff with... So now apparently I’m in 2030🤠

It's not really unintended when there's a faction in the game that literally encourages you to make money this way, is it? And if you start from the colonial era, you have to survive all the way to the modern age to attempt to do it. Not to mention you still need a large amount of money at the start to play the game purely this way (which is kind of a reflection of the real world, sadly), which means that if you play with less starting money, you still have to make money the old fashioned way at first.
You seem to be someone that likes to play with the big boys and takes himself way too seriously. This channel is first and foremost an entertainment channel, he's not exactly teaching exploits, he simply sets up games to unearth certain exploits. Everybody knows that what you said here, it's just not relevant to the video.

Its not that hard to get into modern era, usually by WW era i have like 500k in the treasury without even saving for cold war. CW era is plain easy
