25:36 You didn't fix the problem, you made it worse. It's the wrong color. Low Res. in a High Res. section. A few shots of it can be seen at the end of the video and it looks like the old guys house in the movie UP, when it's surrounded by apartment buildings before he floats it away with balloons.

I think you should decorate the city with more trees and things to make the city more lived in
You need more sewage treatment, make storage near the plastic factory and give facilities to the new areas for quick upgrades
Also, Work on fire and crime
To make more beautiful inlet/outlet roads: Use regular two-lane road. Go straight out 10 units. Then use the curve tool and go 3 units and connect to the highway. Then upgrade to the off-ramp.
Should look nice and straight, and have a good connection to the highway.
Cargo airport next to the industries, and a close cargo train station to have less cars in the city.
Also more parks around the offices

05:13 what I normally do is zone by commerical/office and high density res first using the paint can, this lets me alternate between those three uses in tight clusters to make a mixed use zone. Then once everything is done is use the square selection sort of tool to cover all remaining area that wasn't specifically filled with the other mentioned uses with low res.
Where it is the most traffic you should use the 2 line highwayroads instead of the 1 line roads to get better flow :) other than that keep up the great work!

You need the electric roads mod so you dont have to worry with power lines and connecting grids
i always have more than 10% of my population using public transport...public transport and park is like the most important thing i take in account when building a neighborhood...and here you are happy with 6000/120000 using PT.....Good for you i guess LOL....Amazing city BTW.

Low density housing is for rich people, high density housing is condos and apartments it all depends on the services you provide that defines who’s going to move there
