I like this design but would love to see some with garages. Necessary where I live.
I really like the laundry off the kitchen then leading out the back door. If you made this home a bit bigger, you could add a better entranceway instead of just walking into the living room. I think its small. And the dining room table seems to be in the way of traffic.

Beautiful house with a great layout! Really like it! The only modifications I might make would be to skip the faux fireplace & change the tub in the master bath to a stall shower & linen closet. 💗👍🏼💗

I would give up some of the porch to add an office area off the living room. Then add a porch off the master bedroom.

Do you have a website that sells these house plans or the kit to build the house?
I like this one the best of all. Its one of the few plans that ive seen where an open floor plan makes sense. (Most of them feel like a barn.)
Id pobably put a Swedish tile stove where the fireplace is.
normally I like your designs but this one is not a favorite, fireplace is not centered to the living room put the closet where the window is pull the fireplace over so both rooms can utilize it so switch the tv and the fireplace around , put a window above the bed, back porch needs a bigger area would like to see it around the the other side of the house, put a alcove in the other bedroom where the desk can go, wash room needs to be a little bigger for a upright freezer or pantry. Sorry for being critical but that is what I see.
