In general, a good plan, but the kitchen needs more food prep space. You might move the dining table toward the living room and add a bit more counter along the back wall. I'd give the two bedrooms each an additional window on the otherwise-blank face of the building.

The feline part of my personality loves the bay windows in the bedroom. Not a fan of galley kitchen, but i love the home's overall warmth and square footage. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am interested in one thing: what is the thickness of the exterior walls of the house? According to the plan, it is no more than 10 cm (4 inches). It's very little. Or are the walls depicted conditionally, without taking into account the actual thickness?

Very nice but more counter space would be needed. Was there a dishwasher in there? A breezeway to a garage from a screened in porch , and patio doors coming out to the screened in porch and patio going to the garage. I couldn't see any light switches on the walls, nor I couldn't see any vents on the floors or in the ceilings and an access to the attic with the pull down ladder. Could you give an approximate baseline price for a home like this? Thank you for sharing this home with everyone. 😊
