I love a lot of these designs....but this one doesn't make sense to me. Like....why is there '2' full baths downstairs ? You have one bedroom downstairs with a full bath (little corner shower).....and then another full bath downstairs (larger shower). Seems to me you could get rid of the shower in the hall bath and do something different with that closet/dressing/makeup area and bath off the master bedroom. Pretty house though...just don't think this is one of the 'better' designs
Well thought out design . Has plenty of curb appeal. Plenty of natural. Only thing I changed is the common bathroom I just make it powder room.👍👍👏💯✅😎 Great job 🎉
My thought exactly! Instead of the shower stall you could have a nice storage closet off the laundry room. For even more storage space, upstairs there could be under-the-eaves storage instead of the bedroom space that is impossible to use.

No dishwasher? Get rid of those awful tube showers and just modify the bathroom windows and put a normal walk- in shower in the 2 bathrooms. Very nice otherwise.

Certainly not 839 square feet.
Of course not 33x27 is the dimensions of the base coverage. The upstairs portion increase the square footage of conditioned living space. It also gives 90m2 as an area dimension which is 968 square feet.
839 Sq. Ft.?? NO!! My little house is 860 Sq. Ft. and it's Alot Smaller then this home. One Lg. bedroom, walk-in closet, a good sized bathroom and a kitchenett, no stove. Tell the Truth Please!!
