Nice house. Personally I would get rid of the chimney/fire place and I would use the space under the stairs for storage. The upper floor is fantastic because you have a lot of possibilities: have a cave man, an office, an extra bedroom if you add a window to the storage room. It is great because you have many options. I would also add a door to the laundry room.

A good-sized house, though contrary to the text, the garage is attached. In the entrance hall, I think I could squeeze in a coat closet next the the bathroom door. Entry from the garage is sensibly via the laundry room. Storage is adequate throughout, though a pantry would have been helpful. The upstairs offers options. Although there is a downstairs master, the entire upper floor could be considered a master suite, or it could be partitioned to create at least one more small bedroom.

this is such a cute house, has everything including a place to hang jackets and a place to take off shoes. right by the laundry area. it also has a pantry in the kitchen. the upstairs could be a complete Master bedroom and an office, so beautiful, i can see myself in it. doesnt look cramp. How big is this house? could it be built over a basement, or half a basement, then having a cool place for a walk in cooler, and bigger pantry. . while everyone seems to be downsizing to a house on wheels living in a cramp 8'wide space and super close neighbors, this would be my house on 3-5 acs
Curious about the vertical paneling ... what material is this? ... Contemplating the use of t-1-11 siding on interior walls instead of drywall. How do you reach out directly to TM Studio?
I agree that the garage dominates the front of the house. Instead of a house with an attached garage, it looks more like a garage with an attached house. This design had me lost at curb appeal. The placement of the garage also creates issues with the house's interior.I don't like that the laundry room, with no door, is the first thing guests would see when entering the house. And, am I wrong, or is there no door at the entrance to the garage? The rest of the house is fine, except for the second floor. It's a poorly planned, waste of space. It's like the designer was tired of this creation and just threw anything up there. I am always confused by these CGI designs. Very often there is no place for a TV anywhere. I realize the idea is to create a pleasing home interior design. But in the real world, people need a television. But then again we're not dealing with reality here, just interior design concepts.
