The overall look and lay out of this floor plan is great. It’s cozy, warming, inviting, and also for people who want a smaller home over a big hole this is a really great concept. I really dig it!
Magical. Great spaces for family and friends to gather together as well as warm and cozy bedrooms. Bold and energetic color schemes and patterns. Lots of natural light from windows and doors. Very nice. Thank you.
Love the verandah, the television not over the fire place and a wall oven. Great that the shower is separate from the bath. Only thing not comfortable with is the door to outside in the bedroom. Just an issue with feeling safe while asleep.
I can understand that . For myself, I love it. When you have guests over and you can't sleep, it's a great escape. Also, if you get up early and you want coffee time privately, it's wonderful.
Lots of curb appeal with this one. The living/dining area is spacious and laid out to accommodate both the fireplace and the TV. There is the alternate entry for family with places to hang coats and a bench to remove footwear. The kitchen is a decent size, and if you reduced the size of the master bath you could add a small pantry. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom could be created, even with a small ensuite. This is a well-thought-out plan with possibilities for adapting it to your particular needs. I like it!
My favorite parts are the floating shelves throughout, the raised sink in 2 of the bathrooms, & best of all is the wrap around porch. Also, I love the cupboards above the kitchen sink & and the open shelves in the island. Also, the loft on the 2nd floor.
Love this house! I would make just a few small changes for my taste though. I would flip the kitchen and dining room (the French doors and outside stairs would shift w/ the dinning room ); the pantry would be moved to the back wall in the mudroom/ laudary area for access directly from the kitchen instead of walking into the hall along side the kitchen Turn the current pantry in to shortage or guest coat closet.
By removing the small closet in the hallway near the TV would allow for a wood stove to heat the entire ground floor with a Vermont Castings Cast iron stove available in colors more efficient than a fireplace.
In my country we never enter the house straight into the living room by opening the front door. There is always a hallway or a foyer first. So that is the only thing I would change. I would give up the small porch area and enclose that for a laundry room taking away the powder room to enter the new laundry room and were the laundry room is now, I make that the front entrance with a foyer and a new powder room in the back. This is also the norm here.
Nope, hallways and foyers are wasted space and the chop up the openess and sight lines. Most people in the US enter into their home via the garage or side door from the driveway where you have a mudroom or drop zone. Only guests enter through the front door.
Nice love the wrap around but would change it around need a entrance plus a door leading out of the master bathroom i didn't care for id think someone would come in 😂
I love everything about this house it's beautiful. I would just like to have a nice big tub in one of the bathrooms though. Showers are lovely but sometimes it's nice to have a lovely hot bath..😊❤🏡🏠🏘🌝
I have about 4 favorites of your designs that work best for grandparents and sons family type home. This being one of the best. This would only need 2 small changes to hit the perfect home. Remove master bath door and increase the porch square footage to usable space for larger shower and whirlpool tub, and linens in powder room. The other which is a maybe but in a dream home. Full Dormers on both sides upstairs . For my family and their future families
The only thing about this place I don’t like is the way the front door opens right into the sitting room. There should at least be a space for people to take off their shoes.
This is my dream home except for the stair rail, I don’t like the design and a rail needs to run all the way up for safety purposes. Overall, GORGEOUS 🥰🥰🥰😘
Enclose the rear owner's suite porch and strangely placed exterior door in the bathroom. Make that a bathroom extension, second closet, or small home office. Front upstairs bedroom is nearly unusable due to roof angle. Swap position of front door and window to align better with the front steps and flow through the living room.
Too much cold tile, black & white, 'gold' bathroom fixtures. Nice...for someone Very museum-y looking. Little appearance of warmth. 1-10...I would give it a 3
Window dormers and low pitch porch roof make no sense except in zero precipitation areas, except in desert areas you should adopt old flat roof spanish designs....
So I open the front door... Where does the family hang their outerwear? Where do I put the umbrella? This house looks like it was designed by someone who has never had to take off gloves, wellies or warm clothes...and sits on the toilet next to a glass door. 😅
I absolutely hate the idea of having the front door open straight into the living area, a hallway is must, I’d do away with the big porch at the front and move the entrance door forward, a small porch over the door is enough to protect from the weather elements, then that would allow more room for the sitting room etc, the bedroom downstairs is mahoosive, the laundry room should be made smaller and include a toilet and sink, the bathroom with the door to the outside? Why? I don’t think any of this plan is practical for most people. The sitting room is not practical, you have the fireplace and tv on opposite walls, yet the sofa and chairs face each other? I personally would prefer the tv on a separate unit by the fireplace preferably, which would mean the furniture could be changed around. The bedroom with the sloped ceiling, how would anyone get to the other side of the bed without having to crawl?
All the fake brick and different patterned tiles etc on the inside kills this place - it would be stunning otherwise. It looks like they finished each room with whatever scraps they had leftover from other renos… nothing matches or blends
l love this country house reminds me how my grandmother home was built back then thumbs up ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🤩😍😍🤩😍
Very nice. This house has everything a small house needs for an active family. Good job!
❤❤❤❤❤Auch ein sehr schönes Haus, mit genügend Platz für eine Familie und praktisch... Stilvoll und schlichte Eleganz... 🌹😘💋
The layout of this house is perfect. I would do away with the tub in master & make one large shower. Wrap around porch my favorite.
To each his own! I like the separate soaking tub in the main bedroom.
Love this design. Who builds it? Is there plans for it?
The overall look and lay out of this floor plan is great. It’s cozy, warming, inviting, and also for people who want a smaller home over a big hole this is a really great concept. I really dig it!

Thank you so much!!!😄😄
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE! only changes I'd make is use dual vanities in the bathrooms instead of giant bowls. Gives a more functional space and cleaner lines.
Это одно из лучших предложений, особенно 2-й этаж сказка. побольше таких проектов особенно для людей села. Великолепно!!!
This is a beautiful house. I could so live in this house. I like that it's footprint is only 39' × 39'. Works great on small lots. Great job.
The wrap-around porch is so inviting & cozy! The surprise at the top of the stairs, a cozy seating area, is so lovely! Well done 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous house ❤Love this 😊Thank you for your sharing❤
I love this house! Where do I get house/build plans for it? Thank you.
Kleine Ranch, gefällt mir.
I really love the house but its will be better make it for 3 bedroom
The home is gorgeous ! My favorite are the steps out back that lead to our own imagination for the yard space.
Excelent improvement for the previous 2 veda plan, I love it Thank you!!
“2 beds plan” !sorry!
Thank you!! 😊
Absolutamente adorable!. Nada falta, pero tampoco nada sobra.😮❤
Sublime maison !!! J'adore 💕 totalement !!! 💚💚💚💚

I was thinking a private coffee area too@@tamaregromoll4128
How do we get the plans? Why show a home without giving the information on where or who builds it?
Who builds these?
Very nice! Great design with the flexibility of another bedroom upstairs so then it would be 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms!

Thank you for your feedback!!!
There was a pantry underneath the stairway.
Eliminating the upstairs library and making each bedroom have its own bathroom would improve the design.
My favorite parts are the floating shelves throughout, the raised sink in 2 of the bathrooms, & best of all is the wrap around porch. Also, I love the cupboards above the kitchen sink & and the open shelves in the island. Also, the loft on the 2nd floor.
Totally Agree!+❤
Everyone is asking if house plans are available, so give us an answer Yes or No!
Love this house! I would make just a few small changes for my taste though.

Love this house
Indiscutivelmente linda casa progeto bem eaborado espacos bem aproveitado cores decoração tudo impecavel
Now, we need to build it on some acreage and move in! Wonderful home! ❤
Excelente casa 🏠 muy bien distribuida el porche es impresionante todo genial gracias por tus vídeos un saludo desde Galicia España
Thank you! Yay, I am so happy to hear that!!
By removing the small closet in the hallway near the TV would allow for a wood stove to heat the entire ground floor with a Vermont Castings Cast iron stove available in colors more efficient than a fireplace.
This is Beautiful!!!!
I’d make it a one level love the large porch more space needed in kitchen
I like everything about it my kind of place

I agree with you 💯.
Same here. In my country hallway is a must.
I like your idea. I'm from the US where entering directly into the living room space is the norm, but I agree, this norm can be improved upon
Nope, hallways and foyers are wasted space and the chop up the openess and sight lines. Most people in the US enter into their home via the garage or side door from the driveway where you have a mudroom or drop zone. Only guests enter through the front door.
@@carbonking53 There's different homes with different layouts. And different doors people use to what suits them.
In my country, some homes have entry halls and some you just walk in the living room. But they are all nice houses. This one is very nice. ❤ 7:17
Beautiful
Nice love the wrap around but would change it around need a entrance plus a door leading out of the master bathroom i didn't care for id think someone would come in 😂
I love everything about this house it's beautiful. I would just like to have a nice big tub in one of the bathrooms though. Showers are lovely but sometimes it's nice to have a lovely hot bath..😊❤🏡🏠🏘🌝
Love it
I want a set of construction plans for this house!
I have about 4 favorites of your designs that work best for grandparents and sons family type home. This being one of the best. This would only need 2 small changes to hit the perfect home. Also for my own use of course the other wise unusable space under the angle of the Dormers. Builtin dressers. Make use of available space
Beautiful melody
Love it 🥰
Very Nice ❤❤❤❤
The only thing about this place I don’t like is the way the front door opens right into the sitting room. There should at least be a space for people to take off their shoes.
Are there plans available for any of these house designs?
This is my favorite house plan.
Is there a door out next the toilet in the master bath?
Very nice😅
2br. 2ba....Wow!!
Strange to see an outside entrance leading into a bathroom? It might work out great for a family with kids though.
Where can this house be found or what company sells it?
This is my dream home except for the stair rail, I don’t like the design and a rail needs to run all the way up for safety purposes. Overall, GORGEOUS 🥰🥰🥰😘
So how do you go about getting the plans?
I love this how can i get the blue print
Beautiful, only thing i dont like is that you come directly into the livingroom. Here in Holland we dont have that, you come in a hallway first.
Soo, how would one contact the designer for plans? Is there an associated company or builder? What are the costs?
Could you take out the bath tube and make a bigger shower.
Where can I find out more info and price for this home! If it’s priced right? I want one. Thank you. ❤
Don't see a need for a door next to the bathtub. Kinda STRANGE!!😮
Ах, как хочется увидеть дом с двумя спальнями на первом этаже и одной спальней на втором этаже.
❤❤❤
Needs a pantry.
Mooie ❤

OMG 😱😱😱 it's very nice
TM Studio what are the measurements on this home(sqft/length/width)? I love, love, love this home!
Where would i purchase the blue prints
Floor plans?
Where can you buy these houses? And price?
An entry door in the master bath us just wrong.
Beautiful but I think the rooms need to be more open not so back to back to cramped
Would like the info on getting plans for this please
What's the point of showing home plans if there is no link on where to buy it?
❤🥰😍
Wonder the price tag of this exact home?
Love it except for the master bath. Bigger sit in rain shower/sauna no tub and no door.
Am I able to print out this foot print?
Thanks
Who is the builder?
What is the price on the bigger home
How much for the plan
An exterior door in a bathroom?!?!
Yeah i thought the same kinda strange!
Neat design on 1st floor but do not like the ceilings upstairs and how it interferes with the living space.
The front bedroom upstairs is the dumbest use of space…why would they put two dormers in the room to make walking around the bed impossible
I liked it except for having a door to the outside from the bathroom. I found that weird and eerie (too many true crime shows, LOL).
Outside door in the bathroom????
कीतना लाख खर्च में बनेगा सर
Should have brought the warm wood flooring into the bathrooms……not a fan of the white and black tile at all.
not set up very well. anybody trying to watch tv is going to get a cramp trying to watch tv sideways
Too much cold tile, black & white, 'gold' bathroom fixtures. Nice...for someone
Very museum-y looking. Little appearance of warmth. 1-10...I would give it a 3

It won't be cheap to build it like that....
Window dormers and low pitch porch roof make no sense except in zero precipitation areas, except in desert areas you should adopt old flat roof spanish designs....

The living room is a huge fail.
Look where the tv is located.
Who sits sideways to watch tv?

I don’t think an exterior door into the bathroom works just sayin
I love the exterior door. I can let the dogs out while I'm going too. 😅
All the fake brick and different patterned tiles etc on the inside kills this place - it would be stunning otherwise. It looks like they finished each room with whatever scraps they had leftover from other renos… nothing matches or blends
the video is sooooo sloooooowwwwww
