This a beautuful design. They are just showing you the floor plan. You can make you're own improvements. Let's stop criticizing and give props where props are due. Very nice indeed.👏👏👏
A comfortable home. I would have considered swapping the laundry room with the oddly located bathroom behind the kitchen and create an ensuite. Beautiful interior. Splendid job all round.
I was just about to comment the same thing - but then I thought how way it is would be good for someone who works on a farm or in heavy industry, to shower, put on clean clothes, and throw their work clothes in the washer before entering the main part of the house. So it would depend on who owns the house.
I think I am in❤, just wow...❤❤ . The only thing I would probably want is a washer and dryer side-by-side with the counter on top for folding clothes 😮😊. That outside alone is gorgeous ...each and everytime y'all bring it...❤
The porch has plenty of room for outdoor living. The kitchen has adequate counter space, and there's more in the big pantry. The second full bath is not placed well to be used by the bedrooms and could be just a powder room, though it does provide a shower as an alternative to the impractical-style tub in the shared bath. Essentially an attractive plan.
Only thing I would do is figure out how to carve out an office/craft room from the porch where the picnic table is, but that is just me! Great design overall!
I find this homes beautiful. I recently retired and would love to build in Puerto Rico .Do you have a design suitable for the warm tropical island like Puerto Rico. I am by myself but fam visits.
Do you have designs of homes suited for warm climates specifically for Puerto Rico construction to withstand strong winds in hurricane season . Most of the home are build cement blocks so can you design something with that on mind? Or not?
I like these little homes, but they always have these little boxes just inside the door to hang all your jackets and put your boots/shoes/etc. I live in New England....that would never do here. There's no way anyone would want all those jackets and boots taking up space in their living room like that. It would look terrible. It would be better to create a mudroom/laundry room somewhere off the back of the house or something. I know...these are designed to be small homes so not much room....but what if you boxed in the front entry instead of having it opened like a porch ? You could put hooks for coats out there a bench to sit and take off your shoes/boots and get all that done before you walk into the front door. Just a thought...it's just something I always think about when I see these videos and those little 'cubbies' for coats and jackets, so, thought I would say something... sort of self therapy...lol...now I can sleep tonight 😆 oh...if you got rid of the shower across from the laundry room....you could push the bathroom back and make more room for a coat room/mud room in that back entry (LOVE a pantry ! wish I had one !)
I agree with others that the s3cond bathroom is poorly placed for bedroom use. Flip with laundry room, enlarge back bedroom to become principal bedroom and createa ensuite. I also fear the space around the island by the livingroom entry is insufficient for easy movement. Discard it, make it smaller, or make it a runoff from the counters. That or remove the fireplace and wall.
I do not care for the floating shelves in the house. I'd rather see cabinets. I would rather see lighter colored walls in the living room exterior wells and on the outside the house. And I would rather see the two bathrooms flipped so that the shower is newer to the bedrooms I would also rather it be handicap accessible in that showered bathroom. Otherwise it is a beautiful home
Shingles always need to be over the trim, the way you have it, water will run behind the trim & rot the trim & everything under it. Oven does not need to be next to fridge. Too warm, waste of energy in the fridge trying to stay cool. Dishwasher is too far away from sink. I stopped watching after the kitchen, too many rookie mistakes.
Nice little house except for the bathrooms. Who's going to shower and walk thru the kitchen and dining to get to their bedroom? Switch laundry and first bathroom and connect to the bedroom. Lose the tub and put a shower.

How pretty ! When we move in, we'll add some curtains and window shades to make it perfect. 😊
Delightful small house in a wonderful park-like setting (which, no doubt, takes LOTS OF WORK!) Thanks for sharing this with us.

I love the arches
As someone who lives in a place with cold winters, I like the fireplace in the middle of the living space instead of on an outer wall.

Doorways are awful narrow...not for an elderly person for sure.
Les grandes fenêtres de la chambre principale suffisent et les carreaux de brique du salon et de la cuisine sont moches. Sinon tout est très sympa.

I stopped watching after seeing the laundry room.
It’s a computer rendering. I’m sure the roof will be properly installed when built :)
Perfect design!

Grandiosi Abra cara sei stanca vero nn so osa mi dice un pomeriggio signora cara
Looks like Ikea cheap furniture being shown.
Wierd layout, bath with shower at the back door thru kitchen. Kitchen appliance placement sketchy.
