It's a darling little house. The small wall by the front door along with the long table makes a great entranceway. The ceiling is beautiful and the bedrooms are nice and spacious. With the added garage and laundry room, it's everything you need!
Very attractive! I could imagine living in a house like this. I’m retired & single and this would check every box as far as my needs are concerned. It really fits a lot of good practicality into a small footprint. If it was built on a basement, that would be great, but this is fine the way it is. (I’d put the fridge where the wall oven is shown. No problem.)

I’d just put a full range in and have plenty of room for the fridge. I would put the shower in ❤the master suite and the tub in the other bathroom. Plenty of storage, laundry room, and garage. Nice small home with good layout.

Primera vez que una casa de ese tamaño esta todo pensado bien , bueno lo de la nevera , ni te preocupes eso tiene arreglo por lo menos para mi, seria un detalle nada más , me encantó la estufa y el decorado, la casa de por si , es muy luminosa y esos colores le da un toque elegante, ademas espacios para libros. Me encantó el placard en el pasillo de los dormitorios y dos baños. No te olvidaste de la puerta auxilar a exterior, muy cómoda y por un problema con la otra puerta , esta esa opcion. Me encanta el garage, personalmente no me gustan los automóviles, ni guardaria vehiculo en casa, pero es ideal para tener mis herramientas tanto de jardineria como mis hobys. Esta vez , SI, me encanto! Felicitaciones!!!!!!
Patio take out the plant and table. Living room replace fireplace with big tv & put 1 window. Kitchen take out the door and put a fridge there. Laundry room washer & dryer side by side. 2nd bedroom turn that into an office & put 1 window. Bathroom put a small window. Master bedroom put 1 window & master bath replace tub with walk in shower. Garage turn that into 2 car garage. Now it’s perfect for me and my significant other.
J' ai visionné une vingtaine de tiny houses et cest la seule que je trouve parfaite . On y trouve tout ce qui manquait aux autres : un meuble à l'entrée pour mettre chaussures et manteaux, un lave- vaisselle ( il y a assez de place pour rajouter un frigo ), une buanderie avec lave- linge, sèche- linge et étagère, des grands placards dans le couloir et dans les chambres . La déco est réussie, accord harmonieux entre les styles design et traditionnel avec des touches de couleur . On sort de la déco trop masculine des autres maisons ( blanc- beige- marron- brun- gris-noir)

Again, you are killing it in the front part of the the house. Those warm wood colors accented with gray stone and cool blues, are blowing me away. This must be my favorite color palette! And the ceiling of the living room, wood with rafters? Wow. Not loving the lack of separation between entry and living room. Same for the dining area, being separate from the living room. I think the living room could be a little bigger. But as I said, you are killing it with the warm/cool natural interior design elements. And I am soooo loving that wooden floor in the front of the house. Also as just an fyi for your knowledge, any garage (in USA) that opens to the interior of a house, must be super insulated and major threshold etc. so carbon monoxide fumes from the garage do not leak into the house. And yeah, a fridge might be nice? ha ha! lovely colors!
Very nice. Well stage. Spacious. I like that it has two full bathrooms too. Just a couple of comments. The first is that there is no refrigerator. I’m guessing that you either have to lose the one window next to the dishwasher to put it in or move the oven under the cabinet to make it work. The first is likely the easiest. My second comment is purely personal. I’ve never been a fan of one car garage’s. Especially attached ones. Purely personal, I would try to make it a two car garage or lose it for more space in a house. Just my opinion. That aside, it’s a wonderful house.
I would either put the fridge by the wine rack or out in the garage. But I know in some cities where housing is not available like for example students, the garage could be turned into an extra bedroom. Plenty of storage too. Keep up the good work!

Nothing wrong with it. This house has a number of applications. A downsizing. If you had property for it, a in-law house or secondary residence. I like it.
Nice but in all of these small house videos, I see no sign of a hot water heater or a furnace/air handler. Need a utility closet in all of these designs.
In addition to the fridge, the kitchen needs more cabinets and even a tad more counter. Instead of the fireplace I'd want space for more seating in the living room.
I like this layout, however, I would probably not have that car garage there, but make use of it as part of the house for a studio/office setup. Carport out on the drive would work fine. I like the way the entry is open, but I am not fond of fireplaces so perhaps remove that and make a wall-ceiling bookcase with computer desk setup instead?
A very beautiful project! I like all your works, but they are not suitable for my climate, unfortunately. We have very cold winters, so the hallway should be a separate room. But I still like your channel and all your houses. Thanks! Good luck to you!
The one question I have on all of these small home design videos is where is an area for the heating/AC mechanisms? You have to be able to heat and cool the place, as well as have hot water.

Lovely home. The biggest problem I see is all three exit doors are at the front of the house. If you’re at the back of the house and there’s a fire, you have absolutely no way to get out. I would flip the second bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room And make the laundry room a mud room with an exit outside at the back. Otherwise a beautiful home.
I have been saying that as well about many of these lovely designs. Code here is 2 full exits. Maybe some can be created. Love this designers creative ideas
Very cute. Please provide adequate space for electrical switches and wall plates and leave room to properly case out windows and doors. This illustration seems to scrunch casings leaving for a frustrated finish carpenter.
I love the fireplace with shelves on both sides, I love the layout and everything but I am not fond of the color, it's to dark, this is me, even a mint green with those colors would be great.

Besides a fridge, the kitchen needs to have overhead cabinets. The guest/shared bath needs a window. The storage in the hall was nice.

The living room should have dark wood in the built in wall furnishings so it would match flooring and ceiling woodworking

How does one purchase floor plans for builder?
I would take out the kitchen armoire and cut that wall back so when the fridge door opens, people can still pass through.
