The roof line should extend over the patio at the front door. If it’s pouring outside, you won’t want your furniture wet and you’re also want to have a place to shelter while you’re at the front door. It will also keep direct sun from washing out the interior.
I love the bones of this house and the great room is…great! Large two-story geometric windows are a personal favourite. The ladder and the kitchen need a rethink but I think they’re very doable while maintaining the present footprint. I’m at the time of life where a master suite is on my list of must-haves. Great exterior appeal!
Many many years ago, I made plans on building a house, and it had the type of design, the over lapping roofs and their length and angle are calculated for your latitude (passive solar) sunlight shines in through the windows along the top in winter, but is shaded in summer. in my design, this hole house is on poles. meaning the roof and floors are all supported by poles that go into the ground, making it storm proof, and also one major advantage, no foundation or flattening of land is needed. saving tons of money because no heavy equipment is needed, except maybe to prop up the poles into their holes in the ground.
Begitu indah rumah dan bagunan estetis terlihat di hutan yg sunyi jika pada malam hari mungkin bagiku takut jika benar dibangun nyata tanpa ada rumah lagi 👍
I would definitely eliminate the loft bedroom with the unsafe ladder and opt for a high ceiling experience. The color palette is dim and I would choose some warmer tones. Also, I would change the wood stove with a proper fireplace.
So much I love about the home but it has nonnegotiables too. Let’s start with the positive: great decks!, open floor plan (almost), room to sleep 6-8 (2 twins in the loft & sofa sleeper), laundry area, workable kitchen (could be a tad bigger), coat closet, wood stove, perfect roof pitches for snow melts, and all that beautiful wood! The parts I don’t care for is no Master Suite, only 1 bathroom, ladder to the loft (try a pull down with flip open rails), smallish bedrooms, kitchen not incorporated into the open floor plan (cook wants to talk with guests too!), is the dryer venting directly to home exterior (?, won’t have self venting or roof vent), roof does not cover enough of the decking (protects patio furnishings), did I mention no 2nd bathroom (huge deal breaker), & a half bath in loft. The eye appeal of this home is absolutely gorgeous!
A good attempt at fitting a lot of features into a small space. But the kitchen needs more counter and cabinet space, and the cooktop crammed into a corner isn't ideal. I'm pleased to see the protection for the walls and floor around the woodstove. The ladder access to the loft limits its use.
The design is interesting... the small-scale model is interesting. I would like to walk through a full-scale model. I would like to know if some features could be changed or upgraded... especially for those with certain mobility issues. I very much liked the concept of the design.
Where is the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom? There seems to be none. I have two safety concerns about this house: 1) the stairs/ladder up to the loft bedroom does not meet safety standards and is the most dangerous I have ever seen, and 2) the outdoor grill is smack up against a wooden facade wall (not good fire safety practice). These three problems are easy to solve and must be solved.
I’d lose the loft and dangerous ladder, expand ceiling. Kitchen too small and poorly laid out, dinky two burner stove. Additional bathroom is a must. Everything else is grand.
Yeap. That's what I thought. Take down the unnecessary loft and leave an open, high ceiling space. Same with the burner. I would replace it with an actual fireplace. And I would definitely add more, different cabinets to the kitchen.

Tiny as the house is, it appears comfatable to live in. 🎉😂❤
Beautiful looking house.
Hats off to whoever built this. Beautiful well done!!!!!!
That's all I need with a pond and waterfall with a nice size work shop
I was thinking the same thing
I love it❤❤❤

Very appealing to the eye. How can I have a copy of the house plan? Thank you.
Wäre auch meine Frage gewesen...

Me gusta, lo que veo complicado y peligroso es la escalera ,lo demas muy bonita 👍
Merry Christmas ,how beautiful house,we are prefabricated house factory in China, hope we can provide good materials and services for u.
It should be a spiral staircase
Those white outdoor lounges after one week 🤣🤣
1 & 1/2 bathroom & 1 bedroom
& build a guest house
Nice but I would prefer steps to a ladder for the loft.
One bathroom for the 3 potential bedrooms is not enough.
I agree. An addition to the back of the kitchen could include a half bath and a pantry.
In some Countries Toilets are still outside. Bathrooms?
Ladders? Not at our age.
@@aovoonthefarmsouthernillinois of course in our age too. It exists not modern Houses only.
@@aovoonthefarmsouthernillinois The construction of that ladder gives you barely enough space for your toes!
Cât costă?

What’s the price range?
Where is the kitchen sink?
I understand that finding parking can be challenging, and I realize that having only one bathroom available can be inconvenient.
Go outside
@@bobbittner4107 yeahhhh open excellent for nature 😂🤣
Love it, but video is too long to bare. Should be 1 song 6 min song long for me to stay with it.
I realize these are all computer generated. None are real. All wishful, creative thinking.
Found it, it’s very dark

For God’s sake, WHAT’S THE FREAKIN PRICE?!?! 🙄😤😠😡🤬
It’s AI.
Ummm...why am I the only one who realizes this is fake? I am alarmed that so many people are so easily fooled by AI.
Why can’t it be real?
It's a possible design.... everything starts on paper so to speak, it's showcased digitally here.
@@johnnyptheyakmaster3865 What do you mean? This is not an actual house.
It's not fake. It's a real floorplan that people can use it to build their dream home.
It's not an actual house because it's an idea that can be transformed into reality. All the floorplans start on paper or computer first.
Just share the same bathroom, problem solved.

@@Anca-x5y Great minds! 😁
Not practical 👎
Might be a nice layout ,if you did away with all the ridiculous furnishings, too f××××× woke
