The washer/dryer in the kitchen is a no for me. The layout is a bit awkward. Switch the sink and stove top and move the sink to under the window. Take away the hi top on the counter. The dining table is right there. Have two bedrooms and make room for a walk-in closet and laundry room. I have lived in 1200 square feet and this looks very spacious when it really isn’t. Those beds look like doubles, not queens or kings. Sorry to rain on this parade, but there are so many red flags for me. I do like the vaulted ceiling and one floor living.
Why all of the cabinets when you walk in? 1 nice large closet would be enough. The back wall of windows is stunning!Take the washer and dryer out of the kitchen. Pantry cabinet instead. Need a shower head in the bathroom with the tub.

Im not liking the washer and dryer in the kitchen, I'd rather have a pantry in that space.
