I love that little house wish I had it
*When can I move in?!?!?* This plan ticks off all the boxes for me.... Large, sit-down entry with lots of storage ✓ Bathtub in the master ✓Separate laundry room ✓ Back porch with a fireplace ✓ Not an "open" floor plan ✓ A second back entry as another drop off space in the laundry ✓ No attached garage - I prefer a separate carport ✓ Only one change.... move the microwave to the island since I'm height challenged. One suggestion.... install heating lamps in the ceiling of the back porch so it can be used more of the year without needing a fire.

How much is this house
Great porches and entry! The living room is arranged nicely, the kitchen is adequate but not generous in counter and storage space, but the laundry room offers more. There's also a plant that wastes valuable functional space. BTW, many kitchen designers agree that an over-the-counter microwave provides poor ventilation for the stove, and it's hazardous for older folks. The bedrooms could use more closet space. With a little refinement, this plan could work nicely.

I love this. Thank you for NOT having a bathroom that opens to living room or kitchen. I just hate when that happens. Laundry room is nice but I would swap the wall that the washer/dryer are on so you can access the dryer vent. It's a personal peeve but I want to be able to access that vent to clean it regularly so as to prevent fires.

Love the plan but build in closets to ceiling for more storage. Technically not a bedroom in USA unless closets built in. 👍👍
I'm a big fan of open concept so I would pare back the wall between the living and kitchen, leaving enough wall space for a large TV.

Love this! The laundry is perfect., love that the bathroom is not showing directly on the living space. Great entry. Dining is great for me too. I prefer built in closet. Adore outside seating
I love this home. The only thing I would do is build it our about 4 ft. to 6 ft. wider to give more room for the dining room.

Overall layout is good but would change a few things. Entry foyer, corner fireplace and closed kitchen 👍👍. A few more feet wide kitchen side for more functional storage/utility. W/D changed to pantry and utility closet. Bedroom side push master out to match end of deck, maybe couple feet wider as well. Squeeze in W/D in between bathrooms. Lengthen master to include side area suitable for reading or nursery nook, and office desk/work table/safe.

👍👍✅💯😎😍 Great job 🎉 has great curb appeal and no long hallways. Love the double fireplace. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Laundry/ mudroom can be adjusted for pantry and upright freezer. Always love the enrtyway.

Close off the view into the living room from the entry. It's not needed, and causes heat/ac loss. Put a large bookcase against that wall in the LR instead. And that ghastly green exterior-nope.
